Perhaps you could elaborate as to what you were trying to achieve with the product, the volume of water you were putting the granules into and how much you used?

Poor! (update)
All sorts of problems with delivery. When my order eventually arrived, the packaging was badly damaged and the bag leaking. I raised a formal complaint but nobody bothered to come back to me. I’d avoid these people, certainly wouldn’t buy from them again.
** The supplier didn’t get back to me directly but did respond online to my review. They claim to be ‘relieved’ to see that the damage to the packaging was ‘minimal’ and that only the external packaging was affected. In fact, the damage was extensive, and the internal plastic bag was leaking - not too much was lost so I accepted delivery (shouldn’t have with hindsight) as I needed the salt a.s.a.p.
Moreover, they falsely assert (in order to discredit my review perhaps?) that I angled for a refund whilst retaining the goods. This is COMPLETELY untrue, I in fact asked for nothing. All that I expected was an explanation as to what happened to my order and perhaps an apology - as it transpires, neither was forthcoming. A masterclass in how not to exercise good customer service! **

Thank you for your feedback, and firstly let me say sorry for the problems you have experienced with our third-party couriers. We use the APC network, one of the biggest and most reliable next day couriers in the UK and have very few issues given the volumes we ship. I do accept how frustrating it is when operations do not run as smoothly as they should.
I am relieved to see the photos you provided shows only minimal damage to the exterior of the package and not to the contents and items ordered.
Your complaint was being processed by a member of our management team at the point you left your review. Unfortunately, your request for both a full refund and for you to keep the goods, is not something we can accept. I trust the Ice Melt is performing to expectations.

Rubbish delivery service

Mr Florio, further to our telephone conversation today, I would like to confirm that courier service have attempted delivery of the package 3 times and have left you contact cards on each occasion. If you are not available during day to take delivery of the item, then you can indicate a "safe place" with the courier where they can leave the parcel for you. I have asked them to make a further attempt to deliver this item to you.
I am, however, saddened that your review offers no insight about our actual business, the product range, the website or the ease of ordering and is based entirely on the actions of a 3rd party.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery
Successful website search, easy ordering and prompt delivery. Product is recommended by DEFRA and AHPA - looks simple to use and no need to measure out concentrate for dilution, just work out the number of tablets needed per container of water.
