They took the money and have not sent the item, ignored the email. I have contacted my bank to report the transaction. Avoid like the plague.

Took my money 💰 and never sent my item have to get money back from my bank.if possible they do not answer email phones just rings. 30th Dec i ordered.why are they even on Google top page for just terrible folks.why would you do this.

Ordered an item online and a week went past without receiving it or with any delivery update. I called to be told they were out of stock and the owner was away and would call me back. They have never called back or refunded the item. Now I've opened a dispute with my bank to retrieve my money. All this started with 1 poxy 20 quid purchase. Absolute shambles of a business. BE WARNED

I made an order on the sixth of March. After a week I emailed them to see what was going on with my order and they haven't responded which feels dodgy to me. I've asked for a refund which I doubt I'll receive. Update: I called Hydrohobby and everything was sorted out. They were very apologetic and sent the item the next day. I will use them again in the future.

I enquired if a product would suit my needs and they never responded. If they simply want sales with no effort, don't expect any support once you've already paid! Definitely one to avoid and glad I did.

Great company. Spoke on the phone and received some sound advice. Order was delivered on time. The products I was recommended work like a charm. Would definitely recommend these guys. Will be using again.

Random shop.

Ordered two of the same tents, asked them to cancel one of them on three separate occasions, over a week later two tents still turn up.

One package looked like it had been returned about 5 times, due to the layers of different colour sellotape, the box was also beaten within an inch of its life - opened it, completely different tent inside, cast this tent aside, actually thought lucky they sent me the two tents after all.

Second tent I’m building and I realise various corners and poles are missing.

Either I’m very unlucky or something is really fishy about this shop - selling returned stock maybe? Anyway it’s all really annoyed me, we’ll see where this goes.

Avoid at all costs!
Placed order 4th June 2022 paid for 1-3 day shipping. Their shipping supplier never received the item. I emailed Hydro Hobby no response, sent a message through their contact us page, nothing. Called the store 5 weeks after I ordered to be told they are out of stock and should be with them next week. 10 weeks later I still haven’t received anything! Raised dispute through PayPal for a refund.
I just wish I’d read the reviews on here first!

Don’t use- I should have checked these guys out on Trustpilot before buying. No communication after I purchased so I phoned them. I was able to get through on the phone and they agreed to a refund by the end of the day. This didn’t happen and so I phoned them again, still nothing. I had to open a case with Paypal

The first order went through fine. The second order did not turn up for 4 weeks. The company does not answer emails. Ordered the item through another supplier, and asked to refund the order by email, and 10 days later still nothing (no refund). It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone -- there is a long wait time, and then the system switches to the answering machine. Will not deal with them again.

I've not received my order at all. Rang them few times, but still no order after a month. I've received a refund from a PayPal!!

Order two orders arrived but four items miss only iou on paper in May 2021 e-mail phone asking for refund but nothing all over fish power poor state affairs

Mixed experience from this store - very fast shipping and great packaging, but one of the items I ordered had 2 important pieces missing. I contacted the store about this but now 9 days later I still haven't received a reply.

Even if they are unable to supply the missing pieces it would have at least been nice to get a reply to say so.

Other than that one issue they seem to be a good company.

Although I find the shipping a little expensive, the overall shopping experience makes up for it. I've managed to buy - actually I don't remember exactly how much as I placed about 4 orders in total - a lot of Canna Professional at a very reasonable price. The delivery time was super fast.

I have raised a couple of questions while placing orders, and was always responded to very quickly and in a very courteous manner. Very happy customer!

Genuinely couldn be more happy shopping here the team meet all my needs and any help and advice is always given prices are good and shipping is even better overall best company I've shopped4with yet easy simple is what we need 🤘💚
