You do not matter to this company
Absolutely shocking! Firstly I have to say the engineer that attended was excellent so top marks to him. The company however… two appointments cancelled. Both causing great inconvenience (and in one case, a days pay). The real kick in the teeth is that I have sent three separate emails complaining, (one to a manager), and all three have been completely ignored.
