This is the only shop we found among dozens with correct details of the Canon ink cartridges we needed. Most competitors copied each other with very wrong details. la gestione del suo ordine è stata effettuata rispettando le tempistiche segnalate dal sito al momento dell'ordine.
Ha ordinato il 03/04 e la spedizione è avvenuta il 06/04.
La consegna le stata effettuata il 16/04 perche fino a quel giorno il pacco è rimasto in giacenza presso il corriere a causa dell'emergenza sanitaria (verificabile dal numero di tracking), quindi non imputabile a noi.
Purtroppo le tempistiche di consegna dei corrieri, specialmente in questo periodo, sono fuori dal nostro controllo.

I ordered one PC part wich was not compatible with the rest (stupid error by me). But i could send it back for free and get the new part.
Months later when my Mainboard got a defekt. I asked for an RMA and in a misctace when i sendet it back i created one mecanical defect which voids the warranty. Even then the tried to repair it but becaus of the tecnical defekt it does not worked.
So the asked me if i want a refurbished motherboard wich is working.
PS: Delivery time was always fine!
