The HVS property management firm


The HVS property management firm , led by Mrs SCHWÖRER tends to ignore the owners’ concerns and questions. As a matter of fact she does not reply at all.

My experience with this property management company and Mrs Schwörer personally has been extremely disappointing.

Important questions regarding WEG management, responsibilities, and authorization remained unanswered for a long time.

Even after repeated written requests, important documents and clarifications were not provided.

Communication has turned out to be unclear, inconsistent, and lacking transparency. As an apartment owner, I have been expecting professional handling of WEG matters in Winterbergstr 25, 78112 Sankt Georgen

So far Mrs Schwörer has provided service of a VERY LOW QUALITY

I CANNOT RECOMMEND either this company or Mrs SCHWÖRER based on my personal experience.
