Great communication following my purchase, thank you.

Ordered a Leap V2, quick ship option, they kept me updated for every step and it arrived without any issues. Chair was already setup to wheel out of the box and start using immediately. Took a while to adjust to the chair, but now I’m loving it, it’s comfortable and adjustable.

Excellent service when I visited the showroom. Good product knowledge and made me feel like I was able to find the right product for me, rather than being pushed into something that didn't suit my needs. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service when visited the showroom - a hidden gem in High Wycombe. Ordered online - super efficient, was updated regularly on order status and chair delivered already built in very protective packaging.

The seat was squint. It leaned to one side which felt really obvious when sitting in the chair. There is no sign of the chair being damaged which means this was simply badly constructed. I managed to dismantle part of the chair and add spacers to level it out but this should never have been necessary.

The arms on the chair are also not even with each other and there is no fixing this. Its not a huge problem but it's just another sign of poor build quality and even poorer quality control.

These days this has become standard for so many products. Corners are cut, production is done as cheaply as possible but we are still paying high prices. Disappointed but sadly not surprised.

Also there is no time slot given for delivery, just a day. The delivery arrived at 9.30 am which was rather unexpected. I also never got a confirmation email to say it had been delivered so if it had gone to the wrong address, I would not have known.

Easy to use website with a great range of office chairs. The team were even able to accommodate a visit to their showroom to try some of the chairs they had on site prior to making my purchase.

Ordering was straight forward, and Jenny provided regular updates and helped to coordinate delivery. The delivery team was very professional, they called ahead to confirm when they were near by, and handled the chair with care.

I'm very happy with my Steelcase Amia chair, and would have no hesitation in recommending Hunts Office to others.

Very mixed experience. They sent an office chair with a broken backrest height adjustment ratchet, and the seat sliding feature I paid extra for was missing. Then the technician who travelled 500 km to my place to fix it turned up with the wrong screws and eventually took the chair back to the workshop for repair. It makes you wonder about their quality control process; all that travelling and returning the chair must have cost a fortune to the company. Customer service was excellent though, thoroughly on the ball during the whole ordeal. The chair is good, works as expected

Ordered a customised a brand new Steelcase Karman. The order came within the agreed given timeframe, and the communication from Jenny Bird reassured was very transparent which is much appreciated.

The Chair came in very robust packaging and already pre-assembled!

If I ever need a new office/ergonomic chair I will definitely use Hunts office again!

Delivery was prompt and easy, and communication from the company was great.

What was on offer was clear. Staff who helped me with all relevant queries were very helpful. And I got my Steelcase Leap frame with an Amia seat - a refurbished Steelcase Lamia roughly in the time period originally suggested. I am very happy with the Warranty on offer and I am very happy with the overall product.
