Telephone response time is less compare to other companies and I like the way they handled my requirement

I look the up hughes insurance on line and though it was a good price and it was the cheapest I found on line when I try to purchase it on line it would let me had to ring for the price but when I did ring they had already send me 13 different prices to my phone from the same company hughes I couldn’t believe how many different prices they were quoted me and the price I thought I was getting was not the same one that I had first seen and when I was talking to the broker he said that theses other quotes were all wrong I can’t understand how they were all wrong if they were sent by the same company I took the insurance in the end but I wasn’t to happy with the outcome but it’s the last time I will ever have any dealings with hughes

Home insurance - really impressed with the policy and the way my call was handled. The lady taking my call was well informed and helpful. Patient too, as I asked for clarity on some points.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service went through the online process and got a good quote. When I rang and quoted the online reference number the advisor went through the policy details with me and managed to save me almost £40 . In my experience a lot of companies are only interested in charging as much as they can. Well done Hughes really excellent service and customer care. James.

They where very helpful in finding me a deal that suited me. He took me through the whole process clearly. Was able to get house insurance with them. He reminded me to say I have house insurance with them when it came to renew my car insurance.
