Don’t buy kitchen here! Like many wrote below they have a serious issue with their paint, they use too thin layer and then paint peels off on the edges, which looks bad. When you add moist to it then you get bubbles on the surface, which will happen eventually cause it’s kitchen! They don’t want to approve guarantee because according to them it’s my fault. Their sugestion is that you need to paint over the peeling paint to avoid the bubbles! So they are pushing responsibility on customer. Even if I put paint (I got from them) - it’s not exactly the same color so I will get spots on entire kitchen, cause after 2 years all my cabinets have paint peeling off. On a 300 k sek kitchen.. I can see they they have this issue for many years now, they write here that they take Feedback with them. Clearly they don’t cause there is a lot of people with the same issue.

Poor quality. Damaged goods. Long lead time for replacement parts. HTH does not abide by Konsumentköplagen and refuse to replace scratched doors

The best support I have gotten for a long time! The team that's behind the support center Winnie and Morten is truly fantastic. They are helpful, polite and competent. During my kitchen renovation project, I had multiple problems and questions that I had to contact the support team. Every single time they responded fast and helpful. I was really satisfied with their service and understanding of the customer's perspective. Each is becoming very unusual nowadays, unfortunately. The HTH support team exemplifies how customer service should be like! You guys take the price! Thank you so much for your dedication. You make a great difference for the company. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

The single biggest issue was despite having a firm date commitment as condition of sale from HTH Växjö and agreement that if I constructed the kitchen units for final measurement by 21st of June I was guaranteed a final delivery and installation before the summer shutdown. It was explained very clearly how important this was as I was starting a seasonal food production business in July. I did this but somehow, they cut the dekton worksurface incorrectly by a whopping 40cm and then refused to prioritise me as one of their few summer projects for the replacement. This delayed the finalisation of the kitchen by 7 weeks and had a massive impact on my business start-up.
I have yet to receive an explanation, apology or compensation

On top of this some points on the flatpack solution
1. There is no master diagram of how all the components are assembled. Which is a major challenge because of 2.
2. Many components are unmarked and have no name or description
3. Several components arrived damaged
4. Some of the shelves were incorrectly produced and multiple attempts were required before fixed.
5. Insufficient panelling provided to build in all the units
6. The under-cupboard lighting panels are delivered to a profession carpentry firm in the “complete” solution with pre drilled and scored holes for lights and cables but in the flatpack it’s just whole chipboard planks, loose wires and lights. It was necessary to get a professional carpenter to complete (not easy in July)

To be fair there was an unfortunate chain of events due to a mistake by the subcontractor jetstone/dekton (who eventually jury-rigged a temporary solution while replacing) but my contract was with HTH and they did not take any responsibility for the staggering incompetence displayed

Buyer beware.

We had a wonderful experience. We are not from Sweden so this was all very new to us. We were treated with patience and good advice. The people who installed the kitchen were clean and knowledgeable. Also very communicative about when they would arrive each day. Our Interior Designer Helen Segelström created an excellent design based on our needs. We did not change a thing. We are very happy and will recommend HTH to our friends, especially others coming from other countries.

Brilliant Product & Service. Ordered the kitchen from HTH. Everything was just perfect. On time delivery, speedy installation, great salesperson, fantastic coordination. Super happy!

I like the 'inredning' but delivery of correct items and delivery times were major issues

As professional sourcing expert I planned to scan the market, obtain few offers, and select the best for our new kitchen. But Björn in HTH Svågertorp Malmö was so convincing that we have chosen our new kitchen right at the first shop we entered. And that was very good decision!
We did experienced many problems, the top board was cut too short, some materials were delivered wrongly but - Björn was always there to correct, to find solution, to advise and all of that with utmost politeness and second to none professionalism.
We made only one mistake by deciding to mount our kitchen by ourselves. The best thing to do is to let HTH and especially Bengt to do so - the man is faster and more precise than a machine, and he not just corrected what we did wrong, but also finished our shiny new kitchen and delivered with ZERO failures.
So, I strongly recommend this shop - they are very knowledgeable, highly skilled and truly care for their customers.

I had a horrible experience with a walk-in closet from HTH. First of all the whole process from the first meeting till the closet was finally installed took 4 months!!! There has been numerous errors in the order (elements that were not supposed to be there were included, but some required elements were missing). And it took forever to straighten this out.
Second, there is huge gap between the quality of the final product and the price. The drawers that are suppose to have soft-close barely work. The one you get from IKEA for a quarter of a price will do a better job.
Third, the carpenter from HTH did a good job given the poor quality of the materials, but his schedule was so filled up that I had to wait for weeks before anything gets done. And because he had to fix numerous defects in the elements it took extra time, which is translated into extra cost on the bill.
The only positive think I can mention is that personal is responsive and tries to help resolving the issue.
