I am very disappointed with my experience at HTH Ålesund. What should have been a smooth kitchen order turned into a long, frustrating process due to repeated mistakes from their side — and a total lack of accountability.

First, a front panel was missing from my original order. Instead of correcting this promptly, I had to place a second order myself, only to receive the wrong shelves this time. To fix their mistake, I had to spend my own time and money collecting the correct parts.

When I raised the issue and asked them to take responsibility, they refused — claiming that a previous discount somehow makes up for their repeated errors. Discounts do not excuse poor service, nor do they cover the extra costs and inconvenience I’ve had to deal with.

I expected far better from a company like HTH. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

My daughter has tried to get advice and guidance from HTH Alnabru, Oslo in connection with the purchase of tall cupboards and later updating of the existing HTH kitchen. She was received and treated very poorly and received very poor customer service. I then tried to book an appointment online to see if I got better treatment. I was contacted by HTH Alnabru Oslo and realized from the conversation that our needs were too small to deal with in a customer meeting. HTH would only prioritize customers with a need for complete kitchen solutions. We will probably have to find another supplier. HTH comes across as arrogant and very unfriendly to customers.

Wrong items installed, one of which could not be removed, the other part needs to be replaced. Also had missing items based on what was discussed. Invoice was impossible to read and understand. As a customer I was unable to verify on the invoice if items were missing or ordered based on what was discussed and planned. The invoice is filled with part #s and technical wording. Needs a reference to a drawing or a layman's description of the item on the invoice. Installation personnel also need to be involved in the invoice check / approval process, to ensure what is sold is in fact practical and possible based on drawings.

Terrible service and followup after constantly delaying parts of our kitchen. No help or replies to emails unless showing up in store personally. Promising new dates and never keeping them, offering a ridiculous compensation ment for the drawers that noone ever needs or of any value.

10/10 would never go to HTH again.

My experience is with HTH Gothenburg, Sweden. The so-called "designer" simply wanted to rush me through the process and really didn't offer a lot in terms of value-add.

Then the delivery was incomplete. Loads of missing parts, the wrong parts, etc. Some of them they had on-site but others we had to order from Denmark, further delaying progress. The countertop was the biggest headache though. It was delayed two months, HTH never did anything proactively to move it along...only when I called to ask. This meant I had no operational kitchen for over a month because the sink, dishwasher, hob, etc. all required the countertop to be in place. And HTH had absolutely no clue what was going on.

They did offer 10,000 kr off the price but then it magically turned into 8,000 when I received the invoice, so just another last chance to screw something up. Good riddance. I will never use HTH again and encourage you to find a reputable, competent dealer.

In general i had a very good purchase experience with HTH gjør det selv. Very stylish kitchen with good price. The service from sales consultant is impressive. Gøran is very professional and always have the right answers for my questions. I think I will buy more kitchen from HTH in the near future.

Feel very disappointed as a customer! We have paid and ordered in summer and all we have received is two wrong deliveries

The kitchen we purchased and had installed by HTH had numerous problems from the word go: faulty cabinets, wonky doors, faulty spot drivers, cabinets coming off the wall, you name it! I have now been waiting for over SEVEN MONTHS to have these fixed and as of yet no one has come to my house to fix any of the problems. Shocking!

I was very happy with HTH. My consultant was great, listened to all my needs and questions and delivered a kitchen beyond my expectations. Greatly recommend HTH as all the team does a great job: the designer/seller, drivers and mounting crew. Couldn´t be happier and will certainly come back for other projects :-)
