Dont sign up to this app or business. They took my money & didn’t respond to a single message. They are bogus & are only taking money but providing no returns..

Very helpful and understanding. Have received support about different issues and has been incredibly helpful to get impartial and professional advice.

I had a fair idea about redundancy and the statutory government amounts but Stephanie gave me more information and questions to ask my employer to make sure they had followed all of their obligations and steps required by law to make sure they were adhering to them. The podcast was especially informative and appreciated.

If you are someone like me who is completely clueless on what steps to take when facing an employment issue, i.e. your rights on redundancy, who to contact in a grievance process etc, this app is perfect.

For me, I did not feel so alone and isolated facing a big corporation having this app at my fingertips. It helped me through a very stressful time.

The only downside is it can take a lot of time explaining your situation in a small text window.

I downloaded the app for my wife to use as she is having terrible bullying issues at work. HR solver staff respond quickly with excellent advice and support seven days a week. This sort of advice would normally cost hundreds of pounds. Small payment for seven days access to help and a reduced payment for further assistance if required. The advice empowers you to understand what action you can take or receive, but don’t expect them to do the fighting for you. It’s HR/legal advice you are receiving. 5* from me👍🏻😃
