The "How to Craft Network" is the website for Stamps By Me owned by Toni Darroch. She also sells her items through C&C.
When I called C&C to complain about the missing items they informed me that it is actually Stamps By Me who packs and sends out all the orders they get from C&C customers.
A few weeks ago I placed an order through C&C for TWO of the same item from Stamps By Me. Delivery took a really long time and not only that but Stamps By Me only sent me ONE item even though the invoice for my order in the parcel clearly stated TWO. As of today I'm STILL waiting for the missing item to be dispatched to me.
I should have learnt from this but I wanted something else so I placed another order (again through C&C) for TWO of an item from Stamps By Me, and again Stamps By Me took a long time to deliver and have only sent me ONE of the item.
Only getting ONE when I ordered TWO is totally unacceptable especially when the items are so expensive, and this has happened TWICE.
Were they hoping I wouldn't remember that I ordered TWO of each item??!!
Honest mistakes do happen and I might understand if this was a once-off, but this has happened ON BOTH ORDERS, and is STILL NOT RESOLVED, and I am so angry that I will NOT be buying any more items directly from Stamps By Me or through C&C.
Instead, if I see any Stamps By Me items that I want, I will now look for a small business who has the items and will actually send me the number of items that I order!
