Through all my time with Hawkins & Harrison my experience with them has been great. All the personal has been very responsive and gave me the best solutions they could. On my last days with them Kelly Petterwood has been amazing trying to close the contract in a really sort notice. She has been kind and understanding with all my needs and busy program.

We had a wonderful experience with Howkins & Harrison in renting our new house. Jessica Hunt, who helped us, was friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and everything has gone successfully. Thank you for your professionalism!

Both Nicole Ashenden and Karen Hickman from the Daventry branch have been nothing but helpful and kind! I have rented two properties through H&H and they have always been super transparent regarding the properties and supported me, giving frequent updates and reassurance. In our previous rental we were given the unfortunate news that the landlord was selling up which set off immediate worry as we have a young daughter, Karen called me to let me know and showed lots of compassion and offered me a alternative beautiful property within my price range which was better suited to my family, thus turning an unfortunate situation into a blessing in disguise. They had the property redecorated completely and ready for us within 4 weeks! Nicole and Karen have been a pleasure to speak to at all times and very swift with responses. 10/10 would recommend😊

Great real estate Agency. I rented flat with Evie. Evie is Senior letting Negotiator. Whole renting proccess gone smoothly and professionally. Evie was very helpfull. She answered kindly and proffessionslly for all my questions. Definely I recomend Howkins & Harrison and Evie as Negotiator to rent property.

I rented a property managed by howkins and Harrison for 5 years. It was very touch and go with them at first until Lisa took over lettings. She is very approachable and any problems she gets sorted as soon as she can. She was a great help through and through.

Jamie has gone above and beyond for us at Howkins & Harrison! From the first viewing we never felt rushed, never felt silly for calling to ask for updates, and we went back to view multiple times to get everything organised without issue. Communication was always speedy and Jamie was fantastic throughout sorting any and all problems and was such a breath of fresh air from other estate agents who almost put me off buying altogether, he wasn't pushy at all and he was transparent and trustworthy. We would definately go back to them if we want to move/sell in future! Thankyou to Jamie especially, and H&H team 😊

We have used Howkins and Harrison in the past and have come to them again as we find that they provide an excellent service in all areas of the buying and selling process. This morning, I had what can only be described as a scrambled-egg-induced social mishap—and I feel compelled to share both the humour and my sincere apology.

While in the middle of cooking breakfast (and very focused on avoiding the dreaded smell of burnt eggs taking over my home), the doorbell rang. Expecting a delivery, I rushed to answer it, only to find a well-dressed young gentleman who politely introduced himself as Drew. Before he could even explain his reason for visiting, I abruptly cut him off—twice—saying I was busy, and quickly shut the door.

The moment I returned to the kitchen, the weight of my behaviour hit me. I realised how dismissive and abrupt I must have seemed, and I immediately felt awful. Determined to apologise, I rushed back outside hoping to find him nearby—but he was nowhere in sight.

A little later, I heard something come through the letterbox. It was a note from Drew, kindly leaving his contact details and explaining his visit. I tried calling but couldn’t get through, so I sent an email apologising for my earlier behaviour. Thankfully, I later managed to speak with him—and I’m so glad I did.

Drew was incredibly understanding, patient, and professional throughout. He listened to my explanation, reassured me, and even had a laugh about my overzealous attempt to prevent a burnt-egg disaster. His kindness completely put me at ease.

I genuinely regret how I handled that initial interaction, but I’m very grateful for Drew’s professionalism and good nature. If I ever find myself answering the door to someone like him again, I’ll certainly handle things very differently.

If you’re looking to work with someone approachable, professional, and genuinely pleasant, I would absolutely recommend Drew Stewart of Howkins & Harrison. He turned what started as an awkward encounter into a really positive experience.

Great experience working with Hawkins and Horrisons, especially with Drew who helped us by solving the issues related gas leaking.

Howkins & Harrison helped me sell my property. As my main point of contact and leading the valuation and selling process, Clair was outstanding, professional and always available to help. Just to mention as an example; during the evaluation of the property, she was not pushy or overselling or over promising. Rather she tells things as they are, which in my personal experience it is a very rare and appealing quality in this industry. She was also reliable throughout the process, til completion.
Julie and Helen were also good members of the team from whom I received a lot of support. I happily recommend the Rugby office to anyone wanting to sell and/or buy a house in this area.

I would like to thank Martin and his staff at the Towcester branch for their charming and cheerful service.
The team have dealt with the sale of several residential and commercial properties for me in the last year. None of the sales were straightforward but their approach was highly efficient. I live a long way from Towcester and it was good to feel that they were entirely trustworthy.

Fantastic customer service from Sarah at the Ashby branch.
Nothing was too much trouble,even over the bank holiday weekend Sarah made herself available so my partner was also able to take at look at a property we liked(as his hours are unsociable)
