In terms of the design & sale of the kitchen I would give 1st class service.
In terms of follow on care I would only give 3☆ never able to speak to sales/design team, never able to get past reception, message either on the phone or out of office. Phone calls promised never returned.

Issues with Lok n Store and once delivery organised the swaps not sorted as promised- which means another delivery to wait in for.
This is my 2nd Howdens kitchen and I wouldn't hesitate recomending their products, but I would use another branch to source any items.

Staff made it easy to order and helped at matching kitchen doors and worktop, very helpful

I recently purchased a kitchen from the Walkden branch and was extremely impressed with their management and expertise. Making my experience as stress free as possible.

Really impressed with the work done by howdens. Reece turned up on time and get all the measurements done, products were ordered and delivered quickly.

Not very good after nearly 25 years of dealing with Howdens it’s customer loyalty is shocking especially if your a tradesman looking to take my business to a competitor every time materials missing and your invoiced for them and then you argue to sort it out and it’s Howdens mistake not the tradesmen very poor use to be good but not any more plus your always out of pocket with lost time picking up what’s missing your told it’s coming into stock then doesn’t arrive spend more time picking stuff up and you loose time and money not the best anymore 👍

They told me that they have a 55% sale on , I told Tom the rep that it was a rental property, so I didn't want to spend a lot as tenants damage, the 10 quotes I've had from other companies was between £4000/£4500 and that's supply/fit , Tom is telling me with 55% off the price is over £5000 just for kitchen , I have a small kitchen , Tom's a liar and howdens just lost me buying 3 kitchens of them because I believe or trust them ,when all they want us to rip you and me off ..scam sale

The staff were very helpful and the product was exactly what we wanted and was in stock.

Wanted a new kitchen for our new house and we decided to go with Howdens !
We used the Walkden branch and want to say what a fantastic service we received from the get go right through until our dream kitchen was completed !
From the measuring, designing, us making loads of changes and it being delivered exactly when we asked for it all went so smoothly !
Cannot recommend highly enough, even the new manager Faye went above and beyond to make sure we were totally happy with everything !
Looking forward to hosting a lovely Xmas dinner showing off our new kitchen We love it !

Howdens Walkden branch and in particular Faye, Victoria and Reese are very professional and the service is outstanding cannot fault them in anyway they have been absolutely brilliant with all my clients and I cannot say a bad word about them. I would highly recommend and plan to continue using in the foreseeable future. Many thanks from Mike all aspects home improvements.

Kitchen incomplete ,units missing, incorrect items sent, and miss sold items which where quoted for. I had to visit the store several times to resolve. The staff member whom I ordered the kitchen off showed complete lack of experience and cost me vital days in time and money. I have been a customer of Howdens for several years and never before experienced such a disappointing service. I will not be using this Howdens again as the matter was still unresolved in the end and myself and the customer are completely unsatisfied with the service provided.
