Went to Howdens Stafford for information about a new kitchen.
We were welcomed and given very helpful and friendly advice by Richard. Alicia designed our kitchen and helped us with a few amendments. Gary Platt, our kitchen
fitter, was great. Would really recommend him and his team. A very good experience all round. The kitchen units are very well made and we now have a beautiful kitchen. The tall corner pantry cupboard is amazing!!

Alicia at howdens Stafford was excellent
Alicia at howdens Stafford was excellent. Working with us over many months. She first viewed the kitchen at point of build but she still managed to have the vision to create an incredible design. She adapted to my many requests and was very patient and calm throughout. Her knowledge was exceptional and I am delighted with our kitchen. The quality is excellent, I would always recommend Howdens.

My vision became reality 🥰
Howdens of Stafford completely exceeded my expectations. Right from the beginning, when Emily came to visit to design the layout, she perfectly captured the vision I had. She was so friendly, lovely, helpful, and completely on my wavelength! She even incorporated a sleeping area and food storage cupboard for my dog.The delivery of all the necessary parts for my new dusky blue kitchen arrived just over a week later. Everything went exactly to plan, and Howdens were readily available to assist if any parts were missing or needed replacing. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Howdens of Stafford. Fantastic staff—I can't fault any of them!

Great service
Beeing newly self employed, I popped into Howdens to register for a trade account. Service was spot on, pricing was competitive, and the quality of the products was well above that of others that were available. The base until was flat pack, assembly was easy, but quality.
Will be using as much as possible.

Worthless warranty - very poor quality Howdens flooring
We had a Howdens kitchen installed less than 3 years ago. The flooring fitted was Howdens own Rigid Luxury Vinyl Flooring, fitted by a person recommended by Howdens. The flooring is of very poor quality and is cracking in several places.
We contacted Howdens who requested photos and made unsubstantiated claims regarding the flooring being fitted on an uneven surface and too close to the walls. First of all, the floor evenness was inspected by Howdens before fitting and found to be suitable for this type of flooring. All materials and underlay were purchased and fitted as recommended by Howdens. Second of all, there is plenty of space by the skirting boards for the flooring to expand so the claim that it was fitted too close to the skirting boards is unsubstantiated.
Howdens did not send anyone to inspect the flooring before making these assertions. We have multiple cracks in flooring in various areas of the kitchen. They offered us a replacement pack of flooring to fit ourselves, which is unacceptable. This is our newest floor in the house, and is by far worse than any of the flooring we purchased from B&Q or elsewhere.
