Following the visit by xxxxxxx and subsequent appointment with the same designer at the branch to go through the final plan I was made to wait about 15 mins. And then I was informed that the plan wasn’t ready. Therefore, I ended up spending over two hours to go through the designs and the experience didn’t make me feel as if I was a valued customer. I got the impression that xxxxxx was thinking I was not serious about purchasing the kitchen units. And this showed in the exacerbated sighs being made. But I put aside my misgivings and awaited for the plans with the costings to be emailed to me. I was told that this information couldn’t be given to me while I was there.

Despite a few reminders I only received part of the information I needed to make a decision.

Therefore I was on the verge of going to another branch and rang the branch to let them know out of curtesy.

As luck would have it Harry Walker the manager answered the call and offered another appointment with the same designer which I declined.

Harry then asked if I would be happy to see him which turned out to be a very good experience. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Following this meeting with Harry we felt confident and happy to place our order which arrived on time as agreed. Harry is excellent and I would recommend this branch because of him.

Bought a howdens kitchen. Looks fantastic now it’s in. Excellent service. We dealt with Nick and Harry who were both very professional and helpful.

Our neighbour who had her kitchen done a few months back told us about the Brilliant service she had received from Harry at Howdens Ruislip so when our kitchen needed redoing we requested for Harry to come out and design my kitchen…From the moment we spoke to Harry it was just an amazing experience! His knowledge in kitchen designing and understanding our requirements was incredible! During our in-store appointment he went through every unit in detail suggesting different features/accessories and also gave his honest thoughts on products which you rarely get these days!
100% would recommend! We also purchased our doors,flooring and skirting from here which made our life easier as it was a one stop shop for us and our builder! Thanks for all your help Harry you are real credit to the Company!

Dealing with howdens Ruislip was a pleasant and professional experience. From the design stage to delivery they couldn't do enough. Any technical questions or issues that did arise were quickly answered and rectified. In specific Harry went above and beyond to help out. He is a very valuable asset to Howdens. We will be using them again and again thanks to him.

Exceptional service from start to finish from all the staff.
Our project wasn’t a straightforward one as we were very unsure on our preferred styles and kitchen layout.
We were looked after and guided from start to finish by our lovely designer Shannon who came highly recommended from both our builder and architect.
Our finished kitchen is to an exceptional standard and we all couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
A very big thank you to our very talented designer and great team of staff for helping us throughout our project.

Firstly Shannon McNamara produced a truly beautiful kitchen plan, fitting in all that I wanted and needed in a small space.
Shannon was most patient and professional at all times.
All staff on front of house also gave great customer service. Nothing was a problem for them all.
The Kitchen is stunning!

I asked for a kitchen designer to make an appointment with a client. On the third attempt a designer did visit and after phoning and calling into shop a design was sent which had no bearing on the kitchen in question

Sid designed and ordered our kitchen which we’re delighted with. He took the time to go through everything and sorted any minor issues out quickly and helpfully. The installers of the worktop were great too, professional and helpful. Thanks Sid and all the team, your hard work is much appreciated!

I cannot fault the service we received from Harry Walker, the new manager of the Ruislip branch. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were quickly rectified with a calm and pleasant manner . Harry really went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen of our dreams. Highly recommend the Ruislip branch of Howdens.

Having dealt with Howdens for a number of years. I’ve always used the Ruislip branch, since Harry has taken over as manager I’ve seen a vast improvement.

First contact was with Shannan who visited us to help design the kitchen we wanted. She was great, came with a lot of knowledge and her experience helped us design a kitchen ideal for our needs. She was always available for our queries, understood our needs and worked to our budget. Then the delivery went smoothly, on time and without hitch. We added a couple of things and at any visit to the depot we were treated very well, the team are all very polite and efficient. Didn't get all their names but the big guy on the desk, Pat on the phone, Liam on the desk, the warehouse team and especially our designer Shannan, all were very easy to work with. Plus at the end of the day my wife has a Kitchen she dreamed of which is the main thing. P.S. the team that dealt with the quartz work tops - templater and fitters - were equally good. We are happy customers.

Loads missing every delivery and the not being believed.Charging customer for things they did not receive.Not knowing what is needed to build tall corner unit and leaving me to improvise building it with out the right materials with the customer was charged for.Hinges handles missing,wrong coloured edging.
