Very friendly staff, helpful when working out the units for the kitchen is was working on.
All ite.s ready for collection when I requested, and helped me load up my vehicle.
Also no problem when I wanted to change one of the units.

Made simple as the girl on the desk new her stuff

Great service

Designers can't design kitchens correctly and left to the fitter to sort at there expense. Always sending damaged products and you don't take any responsibility for any of the above so us fitters look like complete idiots to our customers.

Writing a review on behalf of a family member - Want to start by saying the team at Howdens Mytholmroyd are incredible, their customer service and professionalism is far beyond anywhere else we have experienced.

The kitchen itself looks absolutely amazing , exactly what we asked for thankfully for the designers at Mytholmroyd who were patient enough to go back and forth with ideas as we were very indecisive.

Alex is a massive credit to the depot and Howdens as a company, he kept us well informed in the overall process from measuring to delivery . We were looking elsewhere for quotes with other kitchen companies who did quote us cheaper but we were made to feel unheard and misunderstood , also the quality of Howdens kitchens do not compare to other companies . Alex’s care for us as customers was the overall deciding factor to purchase a kitchen we have been putting off for so long.

Thankyou to all the team at Howdens , we will be recommending to everyone .

WOW! Where do I start?
Amazing customer service from start to finish, from all members of staff, kitchen designers was professional and so down to earth never came across “salesy”. I then came into the store for a presentation were Sophie and Becky shown me a walk through of my kitchen while I was treated to a lovely coffee and treats, it was a very relaxed process, I went ahead with the order, when delivered the drivers was lovely unloaded my kitchen carefully and placed where it needed to be. I also had a phone call from Lauren the manager to check I was happy with the service and I can 100% say I can! Recommending to all my family and friends!

staff mainly the girl stayed behind after hours to make sure i got the best, great quality and service, i would not go anywhere else now, made my kitchen purchase very easy and pleasant and the lady who served me needs a big pat on the back i think her name was lauren.

Sophie at Howdens Mytholmroyd made our experience of choosing a kitchen easy. She was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind us swapping and changing different aspects of the plan. The design centre is super you get to view the kitchen on a large screen (great for golden oldies) and Sophie changed the colours of backboard’s and layout for us to view, before we settled on what we wanted.
The kitchen cabinets are of a really good quality…..we’re so pleased with them. We now have a fabulous kitchen and appliances.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything from measuring, choosing the design and the installation of our kitchen from start to finish was absolutely seamless thanks to Sophie at the Mytholmroyd branch. She helped us decide what would look best in the space we had and considered our practical needs when designing our kitchen. She made the process fun and exciting and recommended some fantastic tradesman who have all been lovely, hard working lads who got the job done so quickly. We got a great price on a top of the range kitchen and we can’t wait to see it all finished! Thank you ☺️
