Howdens - Ebbw Vale Reviews

Product on the shelf, great service and price

We had a very good experience working with Howdens Ebbw Vale, Becky was extremely helpful and full of knowledge, quickly putting together beautiful designs aligning with our extensive lists of wants and desires. She was also happy to adapt designs as our situation changed. Delivery went smoothly and when the sink unfortunately arrived split in half, staff were able to quickly locate another sink from a different branch so we could fit the sink without delay. All other staff were also lovely, definitely the friendliest branch we’ve visited!

Allways deal with Alex find him friendly and very helpful and nothing to much trouble.

Absolutely outstanding service. Shellby was excellent and dealt with lots of changes!
When hinges were missing from original order I was able to collect more the next morning. The kitchen quality is excellent and I wouldn’t thing twice about using them again. Thank you Shellby!

We were able to get an appointment almost instantly, Becky came out and redesigned the kitchen in literally a few hours she gave me helpful advice and everything was super easy

I wanted a new kitchen, but also wanted a few quotes. I obtained 3 quotes, I chose Howdens for a couple of reasons.
1. The quality was awesome for the price
2.Shelby like the other 2 companies came out to my home to start my quote. She measured my kitchen just like the others, but what she didn’t do was badger me for a sale. She made me appointment to go to her office where I could see all the different types etc.
She took the time to plan my kitchen online so I could see what my new kitchen would look like.
It was so nice to have the sales pitch as a choice, no words of if you buy today we can offer you this etc.
I have to admit that I thought the online pictures were way better than the kitchen in my home. Wow no my kitchen looks as good as the photos, thank you Shelby and the rest of the team you all do an amazing job. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks about my kitchen

I found all the staff at Howden's Ebbw Vale very friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Shelby my designer is a lovely person and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the designing of my kitchen. Great communication from all staff and I would highly recommend their service.

we recently just bought a kitchen from howdens, our advisor was Rebecca she was so so helpful in picking our kitchen with us, I’m really indecisive with everything and she reassured me everything will look as lovely as it did on the picture that was put up for us on our look on the kitchen, we had it fitted yesterday and it looks amazing just like she said! Couldn’t have had a better advisor, if you go to howdens ask for Rebecca, she will get you the best kitchen of what you want and do everything she can to help you choose!

Thank you Rebecca!

Helpful friendly staff in store and on delivery

Rebecca was amazing start to finish. She came & measured everything up then designed our kitchen exactly how we wanted it to look for us. All finished now and is better than we could imagine. Big thanks to her & everyone one at ebbw vale howdens for an excellent service & quick delivery of everything we needed.

Very good happy to help great system on booking

We had such a great experience working with Becky at Howdens – she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

Our home is a charming (but very wonky) old cottage, full of wobbly walls and uneven nooks, and Becky took it all in stride. She came over to measure everything so professionally, taking real care to make sure nothing was missed, and then helped us design a kitchen that’s not only beautiful but works perfectly with the quirks of our space.

She made us feel completely at ease and genuinely excited about the whole process. Even though it took us a little while to line up a builder, Becky was endlessly patient and always happy to jump back in and help us pick things up again.

Honestly, if Becky could design every room in our house, I’d ask her to do it in a heartbeat! She’s a real gem and we’re so grateful for all her help.

Great experience. We have asked for idea how to transform our empty room into kitchen. Rebecca helped us with basically everything from measuring the room, project, great advice with colours, textures, appliances. We are very happy with our new kitchen
Thank you Rebecca.

Rebecca , a member from Howdens visited the property we are in the process of buying and measured the kitchen area up for us. We were then sent lots of information regarding ideas and different views etc. We then met at Howdens to discus ideas and costs that met our budget. Altogether a very pleasant and professional experience.

We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and had the best experience with Becky. I highly recommend working with Becky as she gave us new ideas and supported us through all the decisions we needed to make. Thanks so much :)

Purchased a kitchen for one of my properties from Howdens ebbw vale and absolutely appalled by the quality of the worktops, literally lasted 6 months before having to be replaced due to a little moisture.
When contacting them I was met with an obnoxious manager who told me that they should not be subjected to water? A kitchen worktop?

We used Howdens Ebbw Vale recently for our kitchen. I have to say they were fantastic. Special thanks to Becky who held our hand through the design process and couldn’t do enough.
100% would recommend Howdens and especially Becky.

Becky, was very supportive with our wants, she guided through to our puchase with ease and confidence
