Great experience with Dinesh from the Colindale branch. We were feeling a bit overwhelmed as this was a first major flat renovation for us, and after his visit to see the space we would have and give us his helpful advice we felt reassured that we were in good hands. The design illustration arrived in my in box the next day, and we went in to see Dinesh to finalise everything and place our order two days later. We were grateful to Dinesh for accomodating the fast turnaround as my partner had to fly to the US two days after that for family reasons, and wanted to see it all signed off. Thanks Dinesh.

Very Disappointed with Howdens Colindale – Poor Communication and Service

We were genuinely interested in getting our kitchen units from Howdens Colindale and were given an appointment for someone to come and take measurements. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up and despite repeated attempts to contact them we received no response or follow-up.

We were keen to work with Howdens but due to the lack of communication and reliability we had to find another supplier. It’s disappointing as we had hoped to use them not just for this project but for future ones too. Based on this experience we won’t be considering Howdens again.

We had two kitchens to fit plus additional flooring and doors .Two houses. The staff at colindale really helped so much .quotes sent back ASAP we returned parts of kitchen all problems resolved without bany fuss.materials carried out to the van everyone was so helpful. I have to give a mention to Marie-chantal was the one that organised everything.

The kitchen supplied is excellent quality and we are very happy with it. The fitter we picked did not finish the Project and lead us to believe he was being let down by the branch. We now have a new fitter who is completing the works and the Colindale Branch have supported us with the completion of the Project. I would recommend contacting the branch if you have an issue as they are willing to help. Double check with the branch if you have an issue.
