The transfers were perfect which is the most important thing. However, the online account and ordering system was convoluted, incorrect and difficult to update. I actually didn't know what I would receive, if it was going to the correct address...etc. The system didn't show my order, my account was set up by a Howard rep and had incorrect billing and shipping addresses. We finally got the account specifics corrected and hopefully on future orders, the orders and invoices show up in the system. I look forward to doing more business in the future. My only wish is that you will eventually allow for "multi-colored" mega sheets plastisol transfers.

This was my 1st time ordering screen print transfers and the support from HCT made it very easy. The cost was affordable. The application instructions were easy to follow. There were a few transfers that left residue on the apparel outside of the image so I had to cut them all down to prevent it from occurring.
