We received a tenancy agreement and were preparing to sign for a Monday move-in. During a phone call, we had originally been told that we needed to pay deposits separately to the owner and to the agency. However, this was not stated in the tenancy agreement, so we asked them to clearly include it in the agreement if such payments were required. We also asked for clarification and corrections regarding the deposit, payment terms, and several clauses in the agreement. After that, we were suddenly informed that the current tenants had decided to extend their tenancy and that the rental could no longer proceed. This happened at the last minute, just before the planned move-in date. Based on this experience, we found the process very unreliable and would not recommend this agency.
