I’m still waiting on my order that was placed on the 14th May. It’s now the 25th May.
I’ve emailed asking for a update with no response. I had to message via the Shop app to be told it had left your hands and would find out where it was. I then asked if I could reorder and have it expressed posted as it’s a birthday present needed by the weekend and no response. I still have no update where my order is. Very disappointed as I love these products

I find the products work very well. I like cheery messages I receive.

This is an amazing product and I love the way it makes my skin glow. Would recommend to everyone and anyone and a wonderful company who are number one for customer service and I just LOVE IT.

I am feeling very frustrated. I waited nearly two months for my order due to a “backlog” of their 24k gel product. I did not receive any communication regarding this backlog and after waiting weeks, I followed up and was told “it will be coming very soon”. Weeks later, nothing so I contacted them again to be told the same thing. I FINALLY got my parcel today (order placed 15th March) to find that the product I had ordered and was on “backlog” wasn’t even included in my parcel. Instead, they included a bunch of other products. This is extremely disappointing as I love the products and have been looking forward to finally having the gel again.

Look, the products are great. They Really do work for my skin.
Unfortunately HOV has really gone down hill with their service. We just had 3 years of travel and freight restrictions but now there isn't any of the sorts, HOV claim to be having trouble with customs?? HOV took payments and orders for a product that was not in stock.. now 2 months after my purchase I have received some products that I ordered, some products I did not order and STILL NO GEL???

Products were seriously more than a month late and no response to emails. Received an email finally with products being shipped with a tracking number. Strangely the tracking number doesn’t work. Emails still not replied. Wanted to cancel but no response at all

The eye patches are soothing when applied after storage in the fridge. The exfloiation duo is great as it removes dead skin cells and provides moisture. The age spots are fading with regular use.

I have been using Vimm for a few years now and I absolutely love it! I use most products. It is a bit pricy but it's been the best product for my skin so far.
I would love a bodywash/scrub to go with it. Just something that gets rid of dirt and dead skin.

I have been using the 24K Gold face defining gel and polish, the Power serum and the heavenly Anti ageing body oil for a good few years now and I honestly have never come across such products that actually do what they claim but, for me anyway, they do more. I have super sensitive skin but I have never had any problems or reactions from using any of your products. After using either the Gel or the Polish in the shower, my skin feels so so soft and smooth. Then I pop a bit of the Serum all over my face and that’s it. I’m done and ready for the day. My face never feels oily, which is a real bonus living in the Tropics and I am frequently met with disbelief when asked my age. Which is currently 58. A couple of years ago, on a ride in the back of an ambulance, when asked my age, she didn’t believe me and had to confirm it on her medical laptop. Another time I had to have surgery and spent some time in hospital. As they do, when they come around and give you your medication or pain relief, two nurses attend to confirm your full name and date of birth. Same thing happened. They didn’t believe me and even called another few nurses over and had a close examination of my face. The Anti ageing oil is a truly wonderful product I treat my hands and nails and arms to before bed. And it’s like I wake up with new skin. So soft and dewy, never oily. Thank you Cole, Anita and HOV team. You are always so helpful when I have questions or make a mistake but mostly for making me feel and look amazing without breaking my bank balance. You guys rock.
