Poor customer service (live chat)
I checked the review on TrustPilot so decided to take a look at a couple of items on the website. One of the items: the ladies short duffle coat caught my eyes but the listed sizing is conflicting with my measurements. I needed some advices on which size I should go with so I initiates a live chat. The agent - Gemma bluntly said they cannot give any advices at all, it’s a personal choice. Very poor customer service, it’s like you are not even trying to sell me your product. Thoroughly disappointing.

First class customer service
First class customer service. First chap I spoke to regarding tartan trouse was patient, helpful and answered my questions. Ordered a pair of McKenzie trouse. However they were too small. Phoned again and the lady this time was also brilliant. She said she would send the bigger size and pop a return label into the box and send back the pair we didn’t need. No fuss. Problem solved. Polite. Chatty. A joy to deal with. Thank you.
