Garment a Bella Jacket is of good quality. Ordering process easy and uncomplicated. Delivered on time, very well packaged all eco. Will order again from this company. Thankyou
Since leaving the above review I notice The Bella jacket although British Tweed. Is made in Bulgaria. I did hope it was made in Scotland/England. No where in description did it say it was made in Bulgaria.
My second order was a tweed pleated skirt, this says on the label made in Scotland.
Just wanted to make people aware of this.

Friendly staff when you place order. Items come nicely presented and packaged. Sorry I don’t keep more but am an eighty three year old lady, and find difficulty getting things to fit.

The package still hasn't been delivered…
The package still hasn't been delivered and I have chased but have had no reply apart from saying you would be in touch within 48 hours which has now passed. I asked to use Royal Mail but was given Evri. Why do you use Evri when they have a national reputation for being appalling and tarnish your reputation.
31/7/2026 - Unbelievable after this review nothing has happened to rectify the situation except an automated EVRI reply and a phone call which told me nothing. I followed these up with further emails but have had nothing back.
After ordering 10 days ago and the clothing not being delivered for over a week after the original due date I have unfortunately now asked for a full refund. What a waste of time.
