A great way to train the body and the mind
Lovely studio; clean, professional and cozy atmosphere. The instructors are wonderful, courteous and professionally trained and the classes strike a right balance so that they are both challenging and relaxing. Hot Yoga is a great self investment for the mind and the body, and I would not hesitate to recommend this studio.

Peaceful environment and professional instructors. I really enjoy my classes at Hot Yoga Copenhagen and I will recommend the place to anyone who loves yoga and wants to gain spiritual health and physical strenght.

They have thought of every detail in …
They have thought of every detail in Hot Yoga Copenhagen. It can be noticed that they have put a lot of thought in the sequences for the different classes.
The thing I like most about the studio is the spirit of togetherness. Both instructors and students are really accessible and willing to discuss and share experiences with yoga practices. This is something I have been missing in the few years of practice.
The coziness of the studio, the little snacks and great tea after classes definitely contribute to the friendly environment.
And last but not least-the temperature is adjusted to be below the body temperature, so it`s not "too hot" (as some people think). For me personally it`s more pleasant to practice hot yoga, and can feel that I`m getting deeper in some of the poses

Lifechange in safe hands
Started on 104kg! Now 94kg and getting stronger and more fit from every hour I sweat, bend, stretch and breathe in great company with amazing kind, caring and knowledgeable teachers ... :-)

Always a good experience
Super nice and challenging yoga. Clean studio. Friendly and very competent teachers. Many classes to choose from. And a guaranteed good sweat! I have been taking three classes a week for more than a year now, and couldn’t do without it. I highly recommend hot yoga Copenhagen.

Cozy studio, great instructors!
Cozy and beautiful studio with helpful instructors. The most amazing thing is when at the end of the session they put a cold towel on your head which creates freshness sensation melting or your face :)
