Order to delivery was smooth & quick.
Returns packaging information was good and a returns adhesive label included

NOT SO GOOD:
Quality of the item was poor & item highly overpriced & disappointing.
Item material was cheap, felt like pyjama material & didn't sit well, did nothing for body shape & didn't line up, poor stitching
The returned package was delivered back within a day or 2
No automatic return acknowledgement or processing updates
Refund took about 10 days, why?

Very good quality. Exactly what I've been looking for. I've been looking for such a bag for years. And superfast delivery to Sweden. Though the the Swedish postal service (Postnord) messed up as usual and delayed the delivery a couple of days.

Dress fitted perfectly and arrived promptly. (Sizing as described.) Good quality material too.

Hotsquash products are very nice and colourfull with perfect fit.

My jumpsuit came promptly and fitted true to size. Perfect for my event.

I bought 1 item in a size 6 which fits well. The other 2 items were size 8, one fits pretty well, but the other is very large. I find your sizing rather erratic.

Firstly I love your clothing ,
I do think you need to make it easier for your customer to contact you ,and updates when customers order as well.
Also the first order I did was the Jersey Mock wrap dress,I ordered it and paid.
Was so looking forward to receiving it ,,,,
Then you cancelled your end ,it would have been helpful to advise me if you were expecting more in.Also it takes a while for the refund.
Then what do I see the next day ,the dress I wanted advertised on your site again ,so annoying ,I didn't want to risk ordering again in case the same happened.
I just feel you need to keep updating your customers on stock ,and the journey of the item back and the delivery times.plus the refund needs to be quicker ,in line with other suppliers.
You have lovely clothing I can't deny that ,but the experience was not proffesional sadly.

I placed an order on 22nd November, I was sent an email that my order is out for delivery 2 days after the order was placed, I sent an email today to chase and I just received a refund email no explanation as to why they have processed a refund.
Very bad customer service!!!

I would have bought a second one in a different colour but the product arrived too late to benefit from Black Friday 50% price reduction.

I was highly satisfied with both the quality & the price of these sheepskin gloves, they were bought as a xmas gift so will give a more up to date review after xmas.

I purchased quite a few items of clothing from HotSquash only to choose one to keep and they didn't quibble about taking the rest back.
It was all handled very efficiently and I've been impressed by their customer support.
