Can't cancel subscription
Hey guys, I used the service for a few months but then found a better alternative.
My last month of subscription expired and I have absolutely no way to cancel it, don't see any option in my account. Yes, because my subscription has ended I now can't cancel it and the service continues to bill my credit card (it now doesn't have enough funds, so the payment doesn't get through).
Honestly, this is pretty ridiculous you have to pay and have an active sub in order to cancel your subscription, will never recommend this service.

Bad Customer Service and automatic bots
If the vpn service and the locations works then it is fine, if you ever have to contact customer service after you take the premium to get help on some locations, you will not get a response from them. I have send emails and also through automatic chat bots , it will take your email and name to contact back by an agent which never happens. it is been two week and more and i havent got a single response from the customer service or any agent for that matter.

A kind & patient associate was able to help anyway by steering me to the help I needed.
Now that's true customer service in my book!

As A Paid Subscriber, I Expect Full Connectivity 24 Hours A Day, But The Technical Issues Are Inexcusable. I'd Say It Works About 40% Of The Time.
Even Though I'm A Premium Subscriber Through Another Service (Dashlane), This Level Of Incompetency Is Wild.
