Had never heard of Hot Rox before I was looking for a Caroline Kilobute. Called for some pre-sales advice, and the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and confirmed stock. Placed the order, and despite an issue on Klarna's side, the team got the pedal out to me really quickly. 10/10 service. Will be back!

Been a long time since I used them, used to supply the EHX pedals back in the late 90’s when they came back in, bought my first Sovtek BM from you guys, love this one, keep it going!

I only received a partial order. And have so far been unable to contact the shop. This could be due to Christmas, but i would expect an auto email reply, or shop answerphone.

Once the shop opened from the xmas break, missing items were sent next day and normal epic customer service was resumed. If they had some sort of “we are out the shop” reply i would have been my normal 5 star happy. Will be using them again.

Item arrived early especially with it being Christmas purchase. First time I bought on line but have been to shop a few times always very helpful especially on items like valves( tubes for our USA friends ) would be happy to use on line if I couldn’t made the journey down to shop

Great store with a lot of products that I find are becoming harder to source.
Prompt delivery.

Price was already cheapest around so placed an order on the website, only to then found there was a 12% discount. I placed a second order saving £30 and then requested cancellation of the first order. This was processed very quickly and with no quibbles. Item arrived the following day.

Ordered a speaker for my amp. Next day I was called to say was out of stock and probably be 4 weeks wait and if I wanted I could have an upgrade for a very small amount. I said yes and was delivered very quickly. The upgrade would have cost me maybe £20 and I paid a 1/3 of that.

12AY7 valve for clone 5e3 Tweed Deluxe amp I built several years ago. Valve came boxed & tested with results on label. Promptly delivered so very happy all round.
