Update: Outstanding customer service!
The remote doesn’t work except when it wants to. I’ve replaced batteries, read everything I could find on the product and it just doesn’t work dependably. My biggest motivation when I purchased was to be hands free.
Update: I was contacted by Cheryl from customer service. We corresponded back and forth and I did some specific tests to confirm that the device I had was defective. She shipped me a replacement that works properly. Great customer service

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have found the PULSE DUO isn't enjoyable. We do offer a 45 day satisfaction policy on products purchased from our website. It is actually very rare our PULSE range is too small, as it is open at the top to allow for larger sizes. I am wondering if this is a misunderstanding on how to use it.

I didn’t enjoy the toys at all
I didn’t enjoy the toys at all. I feel the return policy is deceptive - it advertises “ pleasure guarantee “ .. but when you dig further it is for exchange only- which is essentially useless considering their selection is rather limited. I consider this a $200 loss.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have found you didn't enjoy either toy. We do offer a 45 day satisfaction policy (it is a policy not a guarantee and is advertised as such) on products purchased from our website, and we do try to be flexible with this policy.
I have checked our system but you have never contacted us about this, if you had we may have been able to resolve the issues you were facing with using our toys. It is very hard for us to resolve a problem if you don't contact us to tell us there is one.

Thank you for your review. You did state you would leave a negative review if we didn't give in to your demands and refund you, I believe your exact words were "Give me that money amount and I will remain quiet. The ball is in your court."
Unfortunately, I see you are not being completely honest in that review. As you were told at the time of contact, it does clearly state in the returns drop down on all our HO Loves product pages that all sales are final:
"Final Sale Terms For all HO Loves products, marked as such on our site, all sales are final. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects."
I find it a little disingenuous that you are telling people the information isn't on the website, when it is, and you were provided with screen grabs proving that when you originally contacted us.
I am very sorry you weren't happy with the purchase, and that we were unable to help, but you did purchase a third party item, and the terms of those sales are clearly shown on the product page.
