The prices are good and the service is quick. everything you need. Though I did have an issue with the darkness on the green on our cards, but this was a format fault on our side. thumbs up

I have made an order for £108 for our charity short before X-Mas 2012 for quick delivery and was charged for the full amount. Later on found out that they won`t deliver in time and cancelled my order. They first said that they will be looking after that and we did not hear about them for months. They are not answering their phones nor e-mails. Anyone knows their proper address ? I am happy to pay a prize for it.

I've placed an order in October 2012 for spot UV business cards. I was meant to receive them in 5 days but they arrived in 3 weeks. They all came very badly printed. I've sent them photos to show how they looked and asked for a reprint or refund and fast delivery. They offered to give a refund. It's January and I write and call them few times a week and they ignore me. Very bad service. I wouldn't recommend them. I will file a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading since they kept my money and it cost me and my client's business.
