Multiple repetitive emails being sent, preventing my customers from reaching me.

Couldn't register to due an issue inputting a standard mobile number, however after reading other reviews glad I didn't

Went on this website and its full of companies with fake company details . Report them and nothing happens which puts public at risk from scamming.

Started using Hotfrogs digital presence its nice to have all my citations in one place, it has really helped my SEO ranking for my website.

I could not find my listing or any evidence that hotfrog exists

iLoveKickboxing is incredible! The trainers are so friendly, motivating and upbeat. The workout is challenging and a ton of fun. I can’t wait to go back for another class!

They are a scam. I authorised one transaction and they take money out every month with no way to contact them. I have no way to stop payments except to cancel my credit card. Horrible unethical company. Surely illegal? Stay away!!!!!

Same problem as everyone else. They keep charging my credit card after cancelling, and never respond to support or email inquiries.
I finally called my bank, Wells Fargo: It took about 10 minutes and they blocked the charges and will be refunding the money, yay!
What a slimy company...

Kept billing me after I got rid of their crap service which did nothing for my business.

This company is one of the worst i have dealt with as no way to reach. I sugned up only because 1 payment of $19.95 was what i believed
I then had money debited without authorisation.
I emailed 5 times over 2 months with ZERO reply and no way of reaching.
Stay away!!!

The competition in any businesses is inevitable. To prevent wrong perceptions about a service, make sure you heard the right information you need to.

They already have phone support. Good Service and new improvement

Do yourself a huge favour - and avoid this company at all costs!
They will set up a direct debit - then take your money - but provide no service!
But they refuse to answer calls or emails.

They have been direct debiting our credit card for the last 1 year. It was supposed to be for 6 months at $19.95pm. There is no way of calling them, they dont reply to emails so you are basically stuck unless you call the bank to dispute the transaction and change your credit card. Now I have to wait a week for the new credit card details and contact all 15 other companies that debit my credit card to update my details with them.

I pre purchased a google ad campaign with this company while my website was being built. Once my site was built they did not return my phone messages. They did not reply to their site's inquiry form and all the emails I tried to send to support bounced with errors.
I regret saying this but I believe they may be one of those off shore scamming companies.
Lost a lot of $$$.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will lose $$$.

I signed up for a 6 month premium $19.95 plan. After 6 months this amount however just continued to be deducted from my account. I contacted them to get them to reverse the charges and to remove my credit card details from the system. They said it must have been a system error and were referring it to the Finance Dept for review. They never got back to me. The money just kept on being deducted from my account. I contacted them again today and they said that I should have logged in to my account and cancelled it. They however assured me when I signed up it was only for 6 months. I did not authorise any additional payments and asked them to remove my bank account from their system which they did not do. Don't be caught out by them! There are many other providers out there!

I signed up for a yearly fee of $89.95 and they are now taking $19.95 out of my account every month and i get the bank to do charge backs, to get my money back.
They have blocked me too on their facebook page, because i asked them to fix it.
They don't call, email or what to solve it whatsoever. All they do is lie to you.
I can't believe an Australian company can get away with what they are doing.
Happy to take down the post, when they reimburse me. Clearly their complaints department is in Denmark.

I signed up for a 6 month advertising special for $19.95, with no additional charges. They charged me the $19.95, then 2 days later $39.95 and 2 days after that another $19.95. I was supposed to be charged $19.95 for 6 months, instead was charged $79.85 in 4 days. Please don't do business with them, you'll be sorry if you do.
