We love this hotel. Our daughter is at Exeter university , so we love to stay here when we visit her. Friendly staff and great food. Rooms are very comfortable.

Easy

It is straightforward, easy to be done. However, It should be the client choice if we want to pay now, online, info for paiment must be available, or at the hotel.

It’s just a scam I think

It’s just a scam I think. They pretend to be the actual hotel. They’re not. Then if you try to modify anything they say ‘nothing we can do we’re not the hotel.’ I have paid for a room I can’t access.
