We have used this company quite a few times now for trips to visit family. Our trains and hotels are all coordinated and have never had a problem.
Would highly recommend this company.

Was gifted a ticket for a night at the curio by Hilton and to see ABBA Voyage.
Effortless upon arrival at the hotel and the arena was a pleasant 20 min walk. There was a train station right across the road but we preferred to walk. Loads of restaurants around.

It was great to be able to pick the seats we wanted for Stranger Things. The hotel was perfectly situated for the underground Russell Square was 2min walk. It only took 15mins to walk into the West End.

I was looking for a London theatre weekend break as a Christmas present and came across Hotel Direct. I wanted to see The Lion King and stay in a hotel close by. I was pleasantly surprised how affordable it was. It was easy to book and will definately use again. Highly reccomend.

We booked a combo package, tickets for Cirque du Soleil at RAH and hotel. The show was great as were the seats. The hotel, was acceptable although the room was tiny and not the cleanest. The package for 2 at almost £500 appeared as good value for money, but actually ended up costing me more than if I'd booked both separately, direct with the vendors.

Hassle free booking and good value hotel and train combined. I do like using this website.

Provided an excellent all round service. All aspects of the trip were attended to. Any concerns were quickly addressed by a phone call by very helpful staff.

08.54 cancelled out of Truro to Paddington so we were delayed 1hr 6 mins. GWR delay repay does not cover this claim as discounted tickets are sold.

A very easy and pleasant way to book your trips

We booked a combined hotel and rail break to London via hotel direct.co.uk. The booking process was easy to use and regular communications from Hotel Direct were timely, accurate and helpful. I telephoned Hotel Direct to book train seats and travel times and the call was handled in a polite, friendly and professional manner. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Thank you.

Brilliant service and easy to use. Thought the prices were too good to be true, had to get my partner to check it was a genuine website.

Plenty of email reminders and notifications on what time I need to be where and when definitely book again and the hotel was brilliant and centre to everything we needed with two tube stations nearby

Hoteldirect theatre breaks was fantastic. It was all very easy to book hotel, theatre and rail tickets. Email communications were excellent. Good directions. Reminder emails and repeat rail tickets on the day were very useful. Highly recommended. We will use again.

I paid £560 for abba voyage and nice hotel package which took me along time to save , then we had illness at start of week so we rang you only to be to we try n sort it every day till last went past only to be told we couldnt transfer hotel ,and it was to late to sell the tickets which were selling at £165 each ,even found a site that buys them but it was to late because we kept getting fobbed off , we see the non refund policies but ifs I would of got a straight anser I would of sold the tickets for abba and atleast got some moneys back instead of beeing ripped off by you lot , very disappointed I am taking it to the ombudsman as I feels I tried n been mistreated and ripped off withs hard earned money n not even given the chance to swap when all illness n problems were sorted ,so here is my review wich I will be telling others how unprofessional this company is n how I was ripped off

The ease of booking and the trust I had knowing the booking was secure, the hotel was going to be (and it was) comfortable and Hamilton the musical was outstanding. A successful weekend which was so easily organised.
