Other Hotels in San Francisco need not apply!

The Hotel Abri has truly become my 'go-to' Hotel, whenever I travel to SF from Portland, OR, where I currently live. And, after trying a plethora of SF hotels on and off, from the Hotel Tonight app, (which I have been enticed by, due to some incredible deals offered), I found time and again, I would regret not having booked my stay at the Hotel Abri.
THREE giant perks about booking your stay at the Hotel Abri in San Francisco:
1st Perk: Location, Location, Location : the location is steps away from Union Square, the famed SF Cable Cars, the Theatre District and a city shopper's Paradise.
2nd Perk: The Hotel Packages, where they waive the urban fee! I don't want to spoil the fun, so please peruse their website. I love to book my stay with their 'Breakfast Package', but I've also used their 'Valet Package', and even without the included breakfast at Tad's Steakhouse down the street, I was happy.
3rd Perk: The Front Desk/Concierge Team! Consistently, for each of my 5 hotel stays (and counting), the Front Desk/Concierge team has been consistently welcoming, helpful, accommodating, responsive to any concern or room issue I had, and kind. It's hit and miss, in regards to Front Desk service, at almost any hotel I've stayed at, but the Hotel Abri has an outstanding team, who consistently, and authentically, want to help provide the very best service to each of their guests. They even provide hot coffee and tea service in the lobby each morning, just in case the offered in-room coffee and tea doesn't meet your standards.
I will agree with some reviews I have seen online of The Hotel Abri, that the hotel rooms could use some updating and deeper cleaning by the cleaning staff, but the rooms are still elegant & quite cozy, the in-room amenities are plentiful (including coffee and tea with your own mini-keurig), a mini-fridge, free in-room wifi, and the shower (and shower pressure) is something to brag about!
Not mentioned in reviews I've read about the Hotel Abri, is the stylishly chic lobby that greets you upon your arrival, and the casual elegance spread throughout the Hotel.
When I've stayed at the Hotel Abri, I have had rooms with a city view, other times, a partial street view, and others, with only a brick wall view. When I've had a room with a view of the lovely brick wall next to the Hotel Abri? It's truly the quietest room you could have, and a quiet hotel room in San Francisco is worth its weight in gold.
I give TWO enthusiastic thumbs up for the Hotel Abri. And while it IS true, San Francisco has an embarrassment of riches in the many hotel choices travellers have, when visiting the city by the bay, in my opinion, the immense VALUE you receive, in the amenities, the location, offered hotel packages, and their outstanding Front Desk/Concierge Team, makes the Hotel Abri a tough act to follow.
