Unfortunately, the hotel defrauded us by giving us a room that did not match the pictures on the Booking.com website. Instead of changing our room according to our reservations, the hotel changed the pictures on the Booking.com website, and we were also defrauded by being given another room that did not have a view of the city as we had booked.
We tried to communicate with the hotel, but to no avail. The management's attitude lacks respect for customers.
After sending all the documents documenting the hotel's fraud and their refusal to change the room or provide compensation, Booking.com apologized and compensated us instead of the hotel.
If you find another hotel in Berlin, book it and never consider booking this hotel.
Just check the attached picture of "City view"!!!!! that we have paid for, it was other rooms windows!!
