Beware
Beware, This hotel left a honeymoon couple out in the cold.
On honeymoon. Called and booked room with hotel De La Source. Was told room was available. All information including credit including credit card/ payment information was given. Left existing place and headed to Hotel De La Source. In route to hotel when received call from Hotel DeLa Source. Sorry, Other couple showed up and were given the room.
After processing being left in the cold on honeymoon, a call was placed back to Hotel De La Source. The woman that answered pulled up the information saying , “yes, I see it here for four nights”. So the reservation was in their system. We contended, that once told we had a room and payment information given was given, the room should not have been given away. She transferred us to Gregory, assistant to manager who said sorry but nothing they can do.
Beware of this hotel!
