Above and beyond customer service
In summary...
I ordered items from Hotcraze online from Canada. Initially I had problems with billing. To my surprise, the staff at Hotcraze called me to assist me with my problems and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.
I have had a lot of experiences with online purchases from other countries and companies, not all have been good. Hotcraze's customer service was a welcome change to the norm and I put their service above everyone else.
I will be looking forward to dealing with Hotcraze in the future and believe you will not be disappoint in the quality of their product and the level of service to their customers...
