I host sites for my needs and for my customers for almost 20 years. Tried lot of hosting companies, big names also, and I must say Hostfactor.eu is one of my favourite ones. Fast servers for WP, cheap and very good 24/7 support. Thanks.

When I came to HostFactor, the first thing I was impressed with was the quality of service and the very modern website. HostFactor already offers a lot of services for 0 euros. They are very good and very comfortable. When I introduced my relatives and people I know to HostFactor, they were very happy, satisfied and very surprised about the hosting and reseller services when most of the services here are very good , stronger, faster, superior to other places. Superb web hosting has good anti ddos and very reliable . Support is great and they help with site installation within their limit and make sure its done.

i am satisifed with this hosting provider that takes care for their customer. You cant beat there prices for shared hosting they offer in todays market.

Beware!
This company might delete all your sites without warning & justify it by claiming you violated TOS, while actually they abuse you & behave as bullies.

In my case it was done out of impulsive anger, just because I asked for full company details to apply to court against them for deleting one site.

2 minutes after all my customers sites were down & my access was blocked even to copy data.

It took about 12 hours to convince them to let me copy the data to migrate the sites.

They behaved as bullies, just because they have the power to do so & out of ego & chose to cause damages to so many people that had no connection to this subject.

Since @kari from Hostfactor, replied a pathetic reply here, trying to justify their nasty & bully behavior, Let me add the following:
I'm using hosting services for 20 years for myself & for customers. Sometimes happens that a site is hacked & needs to be suspended till it is cleaned.
I myself never send spam & @kari knows well that I wasn't spamming & that it was a hack.

Not only that, In the 2 months I was with them, my sites were attacked as never before, as well as their servers, in a way that their own site & all sites on their servers were hacked damaged or down for quite a long time. The second time it was shorter but the damage was done. Even their own site was down without option to ask what happened or support.

I offered to pay extra to have more authority on my own server's security & performance & they refused.

The same as Hostfactor got an email about the spam hack, I received as well, I cleaned the website within a few moments & sent a reply to sender that it was done. My site was deleted from the server (not suspended) after I already cleaned it & without the tech support checking if it was correct that it contains a virus.

So yes, it is is a huge damage after all their servers were hacked twice, I asked for full details to apply to court. Instead of simply giving me the details as they should, they terminated all accounts on my server & put them down.

If they are so sure that they are right & court would decide against me, they only had to give me the details and laugh. However, they chose the bully way & till now they didn't give the details, terminated all accounts including my option to view support tickets & write them.
I had to open a new account with a different email to open a support ticket & beg for receiving the data for my innocent customers.

So yes, they gave me the cpmove files but only after the damage was done & after I opened a new account in order to be able to contact them. In the 20 years I work giving hosting services, I never in my life met such a nasty & a bully behavior. All other reviews I gave here on Trustpilot are 5 stars.

They did all that on purpose, while they knew I'm ill with cancer & in a bad health condition.
Why? Just because they are impulsive & just because they can hide behind the screen believing nobody will run after them for justice !

And one more thing: They even terminated my access to the support tickets to copy & save the evidence I have against them to be used on court. Yes, I have some on emails, but I'm a person that empty trash twice a day & keep my environment clean.

They offer you a coupon on their response to try their service. Would you?

I didn't even mention that they did it after I purchased a "lifetime deal" that ended very shortly. From Nov 17 2023 to January 6 2024. Less than 2 months. Now let's see if they refund my 1063.45$ paid.
