Smart doctor but treatment felt a bit rushed

Very satisfied with the dentist. They are very thorough and explain everything.

I had a very good experience. First of all I had en emergency and they treated me immediately, even if from the booking the appointment figured as "first visit". I risked not to find the doctor who could manage it. They has been very kind despite I don't speak Danish sonce technically the situatuon difficult to explain. Then they has been super fast and professional explaining me everything step by step.
4stars because my case was very simple and easy to manage (no operation) and I don't know in case of serious problems.

They are very professional and get the work done in an efficient and pain-free way.

I feel in total confidence with Mia, my dentist.
She is very very good to make me relax and go through the dental sessions. She really takes care that I do understand step by step all the procedures and job she is doing on my teeth.
Generally everybody else in the clinic is very service oriented and ready to cooperate with you, about your needs as patient. This is extremely important to me because it puts me at cause point together with Mia, and not at effect point. For a person like me who is in serious fear of pain, it is crucial to be treated like this. Thank you very much!
