I have just paid for a weeks tv and the unit breaks down ,apparently the engineer was at the hospital yesterday and they don't have next weeks schedule. No help whatsoever. They are keen enough to take your money, then they couldn't give a fig.this company are absolute scum.
Shame on them!
Tried to call my spouse at Carlisle infirmary 3 times. I could hear them, they couldn't hear me. Called Hospedia help 1745, spoke with supervisor, totally unable/unwilling to help. Explained that spouse has psychosis, first period of lucidity for several weeks, if phone not fixed, opportunity for communication will be lost. Best they could suggest was for me to ask hospital staff to swap the phones from another bed. Shame on them for not having an on-call engineer and shame on North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust for allowing a company to operate on its premises in this manner.
Terrible company
I am an inpatient and my TV stopped working over a month ago. Even after a number of phone calls it has not been fixed. This is a four bedded bay and now one of the other TVs has broken. The lady who has had to move into that bed had already paid for a months Tv but only used it for five day. They will only give a £20 refund. Total rip off
Disgusting company
Disgusting company, not only charging exorbitant fees for TV access, but also adding a premium-rate phone number for anyone who wants to top up sick relatives' accounts, as we're not allowed to go into hospital right now. Can only be run by men with no morals and very likely tiny winkles too. Get in the sea.
Disgusting disgusting morally void…
Disgusting disgusting morally void company. Exploiting people in a position of desperation and illness to line their pockets with gold. I hope the owners of this company get ill and spend their time in hospital with no one contacting them, no one visiting them and making them feel alone, totally unloved and desperately unhappy. Profiteering from the Coronavirus is despicable and I hope the whole company collapses after the NHS revokes all of your contracts.

Absolute rip off rang sick mum as her phone didn't work in there she passed away then phone bill of £60 + making money of the sick shame on you.

Would be 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Greedy uncaring unhelpful in the middle of a pandemic

I'm in hospital with covid-19 and all I wanted is to watch a bit of television to pass the time away as I'm not even allowed to have my family here prices are extortionate you can get full internet and tv for a month at home for less than they charge the company needs removing from our nhs john
They're keeping the premium charges…
They're keeping the premium charges where other companies have chose to remove them during the pandemic.
A month's use on one of these outdated crappy machines will cost around 60 pound, but don't worry it's mainly the older generation that aren't as tech minded that are hit with this. Anyone with a phone and a contract with unlimi Internet can bypass this heap of junk bit for the elderly this is the only way they can watch television in hospital and phone from there bed.
Also owned by RBS and HSBC they then sold it on to marlin equity which is a Los Angeles based equity firm.
Greedy scumbags, contract needs termination from all NHS and if they are in private residences too they should be scrapped there.
Disgusting money grubbing business that refuses to even lower prices to help the most vulnerable.
Fingers up to the most needy people in…
Fingers up to the most needy people in the UK. This company is profiteering during a period of Multi-National crisis. The directors of this firm should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. An official report to OFCOM should be made, fines of an unlimited amount should be levied against HOSPEDIA and if the company cannot cover the fines then they should be levied against the directors personally.
Unbelievable, penny-pinching at this time of national emergency
How can this disgraceful company justify the extortate prices they are still charging to call patients in hospital in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. I hope the Government / NHS Trusts take action to remove thier contacts immediately.
Hateful. Despicable
The one star is for the two helpful women staffing the one and only help line. After that these evil pigs should be prosecuted for crimes against sick and dying people. Their "service" could not be any worse or any more over priced. Hateful. Despicable
What a vile & evil company
What a vile & evil company.
Wherever possible their products deserve to be boycotted.
Hundreds of thousands of decent businesses large or small have or are going to go to the wall but not this parasite company that is feeding off the sick & dying & the distraught families.
Revolting people.
There should be a ZERO STARS rating…
There should be a ZERO STARS rating option for a heartless, soulless company like Hospedia. Good on the mobile network providers for removing premium call charges for family to call their poorly loved ones. I really do hope Hospedia are put out of business soon.

Corona con....
THIEVES!!!!!! A world pandemic and you cash in on the dying. Especially when these people are seriously ill and can’t get a mobile due to Coronavirus lockdown in very stretched NHS hospitals.
Very bad service, Zero stars is too many for you.
Grow a heart and spend some of your greedy profits on urgently needed NHS PPE.
Shame On You
Only one thing to say, Hospedia you should be ashamed of yourselves. The whole country is pulling together during this difficult time, all you are doing is lining your pockets with people's misery. I really hope The UK Government and the NHS England,Scotland,Wales & Northern Ireland dismiss you when your contract is due to be renewed. Shame on You.
Another American rip off!
When everyone is trying to help the NHS…
When everyone is trying to help the NHS at this very difficult time, Hospedia quoted Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust nearly £10k per month to provide patients with free phone calls. What is wrong with you people? Have you no shame?
