Coffee arrived freshly roasted and tastes really good. The decaf is just as good too.

The coffee was poor and not worth the (expensive) price I paid.

I've now been a regular customer for two years and would like to confirm my fully positive review of March 2024. These guys are 5 star both for the quality of the product and for the service. On the one occasion in all this time when they made an error, they resolved the matter promptly and generously.

Two orders in the last month, both received well packaged within 48hours via Royal Mail.
Have really enjoyed the quality of the coffee and look forward to working my way through more of Horsham Roasters different single origin / blend offerings over the coming months.

Menu choices are very good

I've tried a LOT of coffee subscriptions but now only use Horsham Coffee Roaster because their coffee is always excellent quality, ethical, beautifully roasted and interesting. As a bonus their customer service is great and so is their rewards scheme (free coffee every so often is a lovely bonus).

Obsessed with these roasters. They have an incredible variety of medium- and light-roasted beans. Citrusy, fruity, sharp. They understand coffee better than anyone else in the UK. And the delivery is always on point. Plus you get a little discount code with every order.

I was initially unsure about ordering from Horsham Coffee since their website had few reviews, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance! This is a serious and trustworthy site that clearly caters to coffee enthusiasts.

Attended the personalised barista course at Horsham Coffee Roasters as a present for my Dad’s birthday. Was a fantastic few hours and we both want to go back next year! Becky was a super teacher - learnt so much and she catered for both of our abilities.

I've been buying my coffee beans online from Horsham for over a year. They offer so many complex and diverse coffees across a constantly changing selection of single origins and blends. Right now, I'm drinking a delicious Rwandan natural processed coffee with tea and orange notes. The online ordering process is smooth, the coffee arrives quickly, and the beans are easy to dial in for home espresso making. I've found my ideal coffee roaster.

Placed an order ( #153016) on 11th October for a Wilfa coffee grinder and a selection box of coffees.

Order arrived promptly and was delivered by DPD, as usual good service from the courier. I didn’t use the grinder for few weeks (had ground coffee to use up). When I started to use the grinder after the coffee had finished there was an unpleasant squeal. I contacted Wilfa to ask if this was normal, who directed me to contact where I ordered the grinder from.

I did this contacting Horsham coffee Roasters on the 13th NOVEMBER along with a video of the issue. I am have not received any response to date and I am disappointed with the poor quality of customer service.

I would not recommend this coffee roaster to anybody else because my experience has not been satisfactory.

I have been using Horsham Coffee Roaster for a couple of years now and they have become my 'go-to' roaster for everyday coffee. I always buy 1kg bags of roasted beans and the quality and flavour has been consistently high.

I can thoroughly recommend all of their single origin and 'standard' blends, but I suggest sampling their seasonal blends before buying a large quantity as none have been to my taste and are inconsistent with the rest of their range.

Pros
- Excellent single origin and standard blends.
- Regular discount vouchers.
- Fast and efficient delivery.

Cons
- Seasonal blends are not to my taste.
- Annoying checkout process with a bombardment of promos and distractions both during and after payment.

I've been subscribed for nearly a year now and its been perfect. Great coffee, useful ability to skip or send my order early. I feel I'm getting great value as well as the coffee is so good and so different each month.

Great roastery, always enjoy their beans and they ship your order quickly - especially helpful when you're running low and forget to order more until the last minute like me.

Always great coffee from a genuinely passionate business. Great range of single-origin beans, roasted perfectly (very few under-developed beans) and accurate tasting notes. Shame they're no longer within easy cycling distance of Horsham but the product and service certainly hasn't suffered from the move. And finally, a recent issue with a lost delivery was dealt with quickly and efficiently proving they still take customer service seriously too. Highly reccomeded.

My new bean to cup machine has been graced with fine roasts. I am going to work my way through the range as each has wonderful sounding taste notes. Not to be found wanting for festive guests, I have ordered and look forward to trying and serving the Christmas blends.
My home was once in Horsham, so this was a natural choice for online purchases, and to date it has been a seamless service, well executed and has delivered on the company promise.
By far the best experience is the taste sensation in each and every cup.
So glad I have moved away from pods as there is absolutely no taste comparison.
Thank you for educating my palate with the blends you have to offer and I am really relishing the festive blends to come.
