Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! I asked right off the bat if they had the Silver Royal Oak Show Saddle Package in dark oil, in stock. I was told yes they had one left. I took a chance and ordered it. Then I got an email back saying that it was no longer available! I called back and said that I wanted to cancel my order. They would NOT cancel my order! They told me to wait, saying that there was a 50/50 chance that I might get this item. So, I waited all weekend because no one is there on the weekends. In the meantime, I called the manufacturer myself. Again, I had to wait because the lady who could answer my question wasn't in until today. I called and asked her if they had ANY of these sets available in the dark or light oil. She said NO, they don't have ANY left! I called Horse.com back. I tried explaining my situation to the lady. She proceeded to tell me that they had put one set aside for me! I just told her that I spoke right to the manufacturer and she stated that they DON'T HAVE ANY LEFT IN STOCK!!! I told her that I'm tired of the run around! I was made to feel like this was all my fault and I asked right away from the start if they had these sets in their warehouse or if they came right from the manufacturer. I was told that THEY had one dark oil set and four light oil sets, IN STOCK, IN THEIR WAREHOUSE and their website kept showing these items were AVAILABLE!! Well, they were not! I already asked for them to please CANCEL my order and they wouldn't do it the first time I asked! Now the lady I spoke to today kept on telling me that they had put aside one set for me! I said that I just spoke to the manufacturer and she said that they didn't have ANY MORE OF THESE!! By this time, I was very upset!! Thank God that I was finally able to cancel this order! I don't understand why they wouldn't cancel it right away at my request. I had a gut feeling that they wouldn't have any more, but they made me wait anyway. Bottom line is that I will NEVER order anything from Horse,com again after the horrible customer service that I received.
