driver cant get out of reverse, came 20 mins late stuck in school for an hour

One of the best of the worst bus company's, btw I am making this review as a joke.

At Almondvale, Livingston
Again, No. X40 disappeared off the bus screens next to bus stop 2 mins before it is due. An hour until the next one....Will it turn up, who knows! Such a disappointing, unreliable service. Why, when this happens fairly regularly do you not have something in place? An hour is a long time to wait, especially when you are concerned about your disabled parent who is waiting with you & just needs to get home. Surprisingly, a nice bus driver this morning coming to Livingston, but usually they look totally miserable. Won't be using Horsburgh again.

Some driving are very rude and the bus no social distance

the buses are over 30 years old, most of them falling apart and the staff are very rude .

The Buses:
the buses are in states of disrepair and yet the send them out everyday, i am surprised they still have an operators license. The seats have duck tape warped all over them to hide the rips in the seats. infact its not just the seats that have duck tape on them. its amazing how they have a workshop that they must barley use because obviously if they did the buses would actually run better.

My sister made a complaint to yourselves on 19th April regarding one of your drivers refusing to let our mum board the bus in her wheelchair. My sister made several phone calls and as yet Patrick has not responded!

On the day in question your driver was very rude and abrupt to our mum, which was extremely un-justified as all she wanted to do was use your bus service, like she has done on many occasions. Your driver on this day made it very clear that our mum would not be allowed to board the bus and told her she wasn't allowed on. There was no other wheelchairs or buggies in the wheel chair bay so when did your company start discriminating against disabled persons??

There were several witnesses on the bus that day that could not believe the manner in which your driver spoke to and subsequently treated our mum, basically closing the doors in her face and shaking her head at our mum as she drove away as if she had done something wrong.

I think it's disgusting that your driver (3006) has been allowed to treat our mum in this way and that my sister has received no call back to discuss or explain what action has been taken. I think our mum at least deserves an apology from your company and assurances that she and no other person will be treated in this manner again.
