Good quality and great service
We purchased pleated insect screens from Horrentotaal.nl about eight years ago and they are still working perfectly to this day. The quality has proven to be excellent and they continue to operate smoothly and reliably.
Over the years, a few links were damaged due to some clumsy adults and energetic children in the house. Fortunately, we were able to replace them easily with spare links, and everything was quickly back in perfect condition.
Overall, we are very satisfied with both the product and the service. We would definitely recommend.

Incorrect dimensions received
Incorrect dimensions received. Totally off. Instead of 945mm, I got 905mm. The other dimension was 1012mm, I got 972mm. Also the delivery took forever.

Order placed on 18 June. 6 weeks have passed and I still haven't received my order. Every attempt to get more information about my order is met with a different answer ( none of which have been accurate). VERY disappointing.

HORRIBLE client service.
HORRIBLE client service, it's incredible what a shame this experience has been.
A whole month and a week to get to a solution to my problem.
Product is ok, not great, but also not bad.
Definitely not worth over €300.

Could be better
Longer delivery time than promised, customer service isn’t responsive, delivery continues bombarding me with rescheduling messages even though they deliver the order in their first attempt.
