Delivery driver
I have never had a problem with HOPE, they have always been great for resources but on this occasion the delivery driver was very rude and stroppy.
When I placed the order, the delivery was 2-3 working days which was perfect. I then received an email stating that it would be delivered on Friday 07/08/26. We were having our leavers party that day and so therefore we knew we would not be able to receive the delivery as we would not have spare staff. I had rearranged the delivery day to be 11/08/26 and this was confirmed. The delivery then turned up and I explained the situation to the driver who was very dismissive and seems very annoyed. He said that the delivery was heavy and that he would have to still deliver. I explained again that we were in the middle of our school leavers party and he shrugged and said that he will just leave it in the car park at the front of the building and collect it again after 3 sometime. We are on a busy road and I could not guarantee that it wouldn't be stolen over the weekend so didn't want it left there for that long, but I knew there was no talking with the driver. He proceeded to huff and puff while he put the delivery in the car park.
I just feel that the attitude and aggressive nature of the driver was unacceptable as I had done the right thing and rearranged the delivery date.

Prompt and efficient
The plaster of Paris arrived the day after I ordered it. It was well packed and arrived intact. The only problem is that the lid was very difficult to remove, but I guess that means no accidents.
