Winther Piggy Back Trike
Ordered the piggy back trike for my almost two year old grandson , was easy to order came next day which was two days before I expected, had an email first which was good , lovely sturdy little trike easy to assemble my grandson absolutely loves it , excellent service.

Good + not so good
Ordering, dispatch and range of items is great. However, they use DPD for delivery who don't have trolleys and so when receiving a large order it's very difficult to unload and arrange. Also some boxes hadn't faired well, assuming this is again a delivery issue and so some items were damaged and needed to be replaced.

There was a problem with some items…
There was a problem with some items scattered in the box owing to poor packing. On receipt of my review Hope contacted me very quickly and resolved the matter by replacing the scattered items and stated they would make sure that Warehouse personnel were instructed on the importance of secure packing of items.

Could do better!
items missing, often boxes are too big and flimsy for number of items inside so it's then too heavy. And 'heavy' boxes put on top of lighter things (not courier, but hope packaging the order onto a pallet) making the pallet really dangerous and unstable to unwrap.
However, usually good prices, usually next day delivery if requested, and always helpful staff :)
