This is the same company operating under 50 names, to scam welcome offers from people!

'Sabrina' from 'Hopa' kindly advised me that there are 50 + casinos in the aspire network. 'Aspire' operates under 50 different names.

If you use the welcome bonus on any one of them, you cant use the welcome offer on any others.

The list is hard to find, I only got it because 'Sabrina' from 'Hopa' gave it to me, and told me about this scam.

Stay away from any 'ASPIRE' related casinos, as you will not be awarded your bonus offer.

This site where I will not going back to play. if u win money u can't able to withdraw.until when u not matching your bonuses....no comment.Like another site where I use to play .X amount after u getting free bonus spins etc...This hopa site (u can put your money u will never win ....

Failed to provide the signup bonuses advertised, simply claimed they were disabled on my account by management and there was nothing I could do.

I had an account with them until yesterday I also had an account with Mr.play thryre sister site firstly ill talk about my experience with mr.play I had a 2 week query it took 2 weeks to work out if I had a winning number on theyre live roulette blaze It came up on my screen winner or you win 81 pounds I had 2.25 on number 2 then another message technical error return to lobby I returned to lobby came back and wasn't payed I asked the adviser about it and she said come back in a few hours that spin was 11.15 am on 15th march I went back on roulette thinking it was a one off my first was another winner my favourite number 11 this was at 11.35 am I had 4.50 split with number 8 &11 so thats 2.25 and 3 pound straight on 11 thats 5.25 it also came up on my screen I had won 189 pounds my query was answered in 2 weeks or just over even though I have my bet detail and pictures of it saying 11 and amount on 11 still they said no irregularities wont answer anything else and has said its been looked at and not looking at it again so thats mr.play A complete rip off please stay away.... also hopa I had more or less the same thing happen I was playing the roulette and I was winning not a lot about 100 pounds been playing few hours and 0 came in it said I won this time I took pictures it said you win £81 then that message exactly the same as mr.play actually they are the same company same people spinning the ball on same roulette tables just different names mr.play and hopa are the same company the message 1_005 and message technical error and just underneath return to lobby so I did went back my account money hadn't changed same happened with number 4 only 9 pounds and same with number 25 54 pounds plus I had money on number 2 but not sure if it was 50p or a 1 pound this time I asked the adviser and I took a picture of theyre answer which said they was having technical issues that there proves my case I sent them all the pictures this time with the exact times on my phone when it happened all they did was fobb me off so now I have closed both accounts with them for the reason if you win and if its a big is win well it was for me they can put up these messages and there's not much chance you will get youre money off them they either fobb you off or cone back with the result 2 weeks later saying there was no irregularities and they wint even look into it again plus they took my money for all those spins which has to be illegal surely only thing I can do is complain and date them when I can like on reviews im going to look into going to a gambling commission to see if they can help thanks for reading hope this helps someone ty

Signed up with offer of bet £10 get £10 matched bet. Then upon asking where my free bet is after losing my first bet they say that 'management have turned off bonuses on your account' no explanation and appears to be a scam that they do to everyone after searching online.

Don't bother. I did an excercise on payouts against 2 other casinos. The conclusion was that these people are not at all credible. The payouts are literally non-exsistant. Do not touch them!!

Opened an account and deposited £10 to qualify for my £15 in free bets . Was emailed 2 days later and told I didn't qualify for the bonus. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY OF YOUR MONEY. TOTAL SCAM.

If a cash out was offered and I accepted then in all sense of the word the bet is “ settled “ .

Wish I read the reviews before giving these scumbags some of my money. Signed up, settled my bet, no bonus awarded then was informed because I had an account with a completely different company Mr Play a couple years ago I wasn't elligable for the bonus. Live chat bloke was nice and seemed to agree with me but DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE......

Signed up exclusively for their £10 welcome offer, my bet settled quickly as it was on a horse. I did not receive my free bet and was informed "management" had disabled all bonuses on my account. The account I had made 20 minutes ago. No further reason was given.

Reading the reviews would give you.nightmares but my gaming experience is ok with the site. I deposited via PayPal i didn't want any bonus applied as there always a catch wagering etc. Anyway I played blackjack won a few quid then withdrew winnings.

It did take some time to secure the payment I think nrly 48hrs which is not really acceptable.

Customer support are well presented easily accessible so no issues there. Would I give this casino another go???? Yes probably.

I'd like to.know what the withdrawal timeframe is on a weekday because weekend withdrawals are painfully slow.

I signed up and tried to make a deposit using my visa, the site declined this payment so i switched it to paypal. I wagered the required £10 on an accu to get my sign up free £10 bet. This was not granted because i didn't use my visa. Disgusting

Would be zero stars if possible. I joined following a link for new customer offers. After depositing and betting to qualify for my bonus it didn't arrive. When asking live chat what happened i was told my bonuses had been disabled and would not been re-enabled.

I joined 20 minutes prior and had never used them before, how can i possibly have committed any offence?

No answer given other than 'it was managements decision'.

Scam casino. DO NOT PLAY. It disconnects your game half way through play. They say the technology team will sort it out and you will get your money. That does not happen. It owes me £500 plus. I plan to name and Shame this casino. I will go to small claims court. Everyone needs to file a complaint to stop this casino from scamming people. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Stay away!!! Absolute awful. They keep asking for ID and extra documents when trying to withdraw cash. Not good enough. They are quick to take a deposit though!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE!! Stay well clear of this company! An absolute total rip-off and criminality! Just recently signed up with them. When placed a deposit using my debit card a message comes up informing me that my deposit was not successful, so try again. But it’s a lie and deception because the funds was deposited and so I was tricked into multiple deposits!

It's a big shocker of a site! I had a horrible time on this website, not only blocked from betting but my account was frozen with few thousand pounds on it. They did not respond to any e-mail or live chat for 6 weeks! Finally, I received my money back from this site but it has been a tough road, full of problems and complaints!
