Went to Hooters on Metcalfe in Overland Park Ks after the Chiefs game. Sunday the 12/14/25. Spent over 200$ had the worst service. Food came out cold like they just pulled out the fridge. Then we had a 100 wings to go and didn’t get everything we ordered.

Booked table for 13 for my sons 16th birthday. On arival my son was asked for id ? .
So he produced his newly recieved provisional licence.
The doorman glanced over this not looked ? Then commented he is not coming in because he has had to much already ???.( ie drink) aparently he had special powers of perseption to see this.
I was gobsmacked i explained we had a booking of 13 and for what reason .
Eventually after a few minutes we entered.
The doormans ego and the obvious chip on his shoulder plus the power trip he takes from this put a dampener on my sons birthday .
Had my son rocked up with 6 or 7 simaler aged lads i could understand the questioning but he was with me (dad) so not only did he insult my son by alledging he had been drinking he also judge me obviously.
It was disgusting behaviour from a so called family fun venue.
Had it been any other time i would of definatly issued a challenge to him .
But chose my sons day over this first class idiot .
Hooters Nottingham realy needs to look at there policys and doormen.
The internal service and food was great but given how my son was treated we nor any of the party of 13 will return nor reccomend this venue

We got a warm welcome at the door but really things went downhill from there. We were served chewy nachos that felt like they were stale. At the bottom of the plate was a layer of watery liquid like something had defrosted. The full rack of ribs was luke warm with no bbq sauce and had to be sent back to be cooked better. When it came back bbq sauce had been added as it should have been in the first place. The boneless chicken was over cooked and chewy. All 3 dishes disastrous and the only response we got was “I’m sorry” worst £60 I’ve ever spent. Really can’t recommend.

Went to have the best boneless wings in the country and was so disappointed. The new wing hot sauce was terrible. If you want to come out with a new sauce fine, but keep the original sauce available. What a disgusting meal. With alk the Hooters closing around me, I have to drive over 25 miles to go to the nearest Hooters. Won't be making that mistake for awhile.

Was at hooters on 7th sun went for drink with mate staff looked after us really well big shout out for lauran yarnnee and lilly looked after us really well they were busy through out but all did jobs superbly well keep up the good work u do x

It was so good the waitresses were so awesome sauce. they were bad and had cake. They had huge fun bags. We dont need to talk about the food because i never looked at it cause i was distracted with baddies on baddies on baddies.

I was passing thru Valdosta on business and I stay at the same hotel and walk across the street for drinks and dinner at Hooters after a long day on the road. Tonight I noticed a better vibe at this location. I always drink and eat at the bar. Better service. I was not disappointed tonight. Allie provided great service, casual conversation, and was always helping her waitstaff. I think you have a diamond in the rough with Allie. I have spent many, many, many nights on the road for sales and Allie is different. Positive, customer oriented approach, and ready to take care of business. If there is anyone out there in Hooter's land that reads this review I urge you to please take note. Allie is a very special young Woman!!

Went to Williamsburg hooters on hamburger nite specials. We ordered med well done. My wifes burger was raw barely cooked. Sent back to be recooked. Waitress dropped the ball. Waiting for it a hr. Finally asked what was goin on. She had cancelled our burger. My wife was steaming hot. We left and plan never to return. Service sucks. Looks like the help was more into gossip with each other than taking care of the customer. Another time when i put a tip on the credit card. It was changed by the waitress. She increased the tip and i was notified by my credit card company. Strike 3. Not goin back

Over all they have great wings and shrimp appetizers. Yet the customer service is the worst at two restaurants I've visited while in Chicago. There was one down the street from the Chicago Illinois Midway airport. The hostess took me and my house to our table. No one ever came to tske pur order for over 30 minutes. So we left and grabbed burgers from another restaurant a few blocks down the street. The other one was by a mall in another part of the city. They sat us at our table. Waitress came about 15 minutes later...we actually stayed that time but she was slow at everything. The one in Orlando Florida was by far the best one we've eaten at.
Again overall love the wings, shrimp and fries. Customer needs an overhaul

Great Customer service by Haley and one more good worth mentioning is Ashley - they both did a fantastic job... Haley was quick to tell on Curly Fries... Love it always in Hooters.
Friends from Charleston, SC were here for Thanksgiving- this was the closest from their Hotel Embassy Suites.,

Sexist vibe poor food terrible customer experience. This one at the horrible Oyo hotel Las Vegas. It’s inside the hotel. I was hungry and tried it for my first experience. I’m telling you they had no malt vinegar for the fish and chips and said yah we ran out. I asked if they will try to get more and the answer was. I do t know. The fish was awful needed this badly. I saw a warriors game on a tv with text blocking the play. They said the hotel controls that. Turned walked away. The women are objectified and I feel bad for them with the ridiculous outfits. Bad food poor sound blaring bad sports feed 28 bucks for dry fish. I can’t rate this any lower. Avoid it.

There are other dates after Aug. 2. Nour is the “queen owl” hoo hoo 🤩🤩at the South Side Blvd. Location. She has a look of a super model with an excellent personality. Very pretty eyes and tan. She has a very cute smile. Easy going and goes with the flow not over dramatic. “Miss Owl”🦉 has excellent observation and awareness of her section and when people arrive at the front. 🤩. She’s very nice and very nice to talk to. She’s very personable. *She’s not a vegetarian😊. She’s got an open heart. She keeps her uniform in great condition. She keeps her section very clean. She’s very proactive and a people person. She very professional,understanding and knowledgeable. She’s a natural at this job. If you are having a bad day I. E. Due to football, she’ll cheer you up. 🤩.

Orland Park Hooters!!!

Walked in sat down at bar at 12:42 (no wait) (manager and bartender Kecie behind bar) 12:51 asked what I wanted to drink (it is crowded) 12:52 received drink. 12:53 asked if I was getting anything else by bartender. 12:54 took order. 1:07 received order blackened chicken sandwich and fries. As a whole service was great Kecie was a good bartender 5 stars all day long as long as long as she is the bartender…more reviews to come from this location and in the area!!!!

I had the most amazing lunch experience. Food didn’t took long at all the service by Melanie Rodriguez was the best. Super friendly and cute girl 10/10 definitely come back

It’s was a cracking night at hooters tonight and the staff was really friendly and helpful as always and I love to come to watch the football games on TV

so i was eating ma hotwings but then she started twerkin on ma dads chicken he got mad and demanded they would go to the toilet toghether just like he does with mom anyways great food
