I have dealt with Hoopers for a very long time and they have always delivered 5 star service. The negative review left by one person is total rubbish, Hoopers have never treated anyone in that manner that's why they have 4.9 star reviews. My orders have always been dispatched the same day I have made my order and nearly always arrive the next day. They even apologised to me because they were out of stock of my usual mount kits. again 5 stats as usual.

I regularly order mount kits from Hoopers and have consistently been impressed with quality of the product, perfectly cut mounts, well packaged, very quick delivery. I would highly recommend.

I ordered some mounts for A4 prints in Antique White. They arrived beautifully packed, no chance of damage when packed like that. The parcel arrived promptly. The mounts are very precisely cut. In the past I've always cut my own mounts, but the artwork was just for my home. Finding an efficient supplier of mounting boards isn't particularly easy, it's a bit hit and miss, so I'm glad to have discovered Hoopers Framing.

This dishonest company never intended to send the goods I ordered and paid for. When I chased through Ebay over a week later, they cancelled and refunded saying it was out of stock. But they are still selling the same item but for more money now. Their correspondence was patronising and rude. They even reported me to Ebay after I wrote an honest, factual 1* Google review. I'm starting to understand now how they have so many 5* reviews if this is the way they behave to negative reviews. I think they might try and get it deleted so I'm posting here as well. Head over to Google reviews for exactly what happened and how they behaved in my one and only experience with them. If it's gone then that says it all.
