Bought merch when it was a company for car enthusiasts, not it’s a joke of a company, the owners are not deserving of your money any more, they took something great and completely destroyed everything about it. Hoonigan is dead.
The product is of low quality
The license plate frame has damage on the surface, the size does not fit the license plate. I am attaching a photo. low-quality product.
The result is a full refund. And no matter how many times I tried to post a negative review on their website, it was not approved. The support service replied that this is a third-party site that publishes reviews on its own.

No package, no refund, being ghosted
Order has been sent back by customs as they wrote the wrong address on the package. They told me I will get a refund when the package arrives back to them (3 months ago), I wrote to the customer service few times after that as I didn’t get the refund, I am still to this day being ghosted. Garbage customer service, zero helpful, also it is stealing.
Fast Shipping Great Quality Products
Fast shipping despite going from the USA to UK, and great quality products I will definitely have to buy from here again sometime in the future.
Terrible experience, NO customer service
Ordered over $300 of products received only part of my order. Had to pay additional duty on that shipment. It has been 2 months and I still do not have the other half of my order. Contacted 'customer service' and I am being ghosted. So much for the Christmas present for my kids....

Bad Quality
Purchased a cap and the stitching is horrible it's already tearing in some areas. I did it because it was limited edition but I'm never buying again from this company. Shipping was really long too and no stickers or note inside! They don't care about you at all. Rip Ken Block
Bad Customer-Service and no experience of international Shipping
I ordered a T-Shirt in noember of 2022 to Germany. The package was send but their System couldn't handle 2 seperate addresses. One was mine and the other one was where the package should be send to. At the end Dhl couldn't deliver in Germany because the mixed up the name of the company where it should have been send to and mine. Ok so the Package was send to the US again. I texted them right away and told them the issue. Since then I write them Mails. At the end of December (29.12) they haven't responded after they send me a Mail that they would get back to me. In conclusion Don't order overseas and propably DONT order at all. Worst service ever.

This company really sucks to do business with. It sad because my 2 sons think it's the coolest. We returned an item 2 weeks ago RECEIVED by Hoonigan and have we yet to receive a refund- I had to open a fraud claim with my bank against them.

Seizes could differ between hoodies. Had a hoodie that was way smaller when it was the same seize as the rest.
But otherwise very satisfied and always checking for new gear (with free shipping)

Horrid Experience with Hoonigan and Customer Service
Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT! Nowhere on Hoonigan's website could I find a sizing chart. So after reading their return policy and seeing that they "gladly accept exchanges" I guessed on my size. When I got the shirt, it was obviously too big, but now I'm being told I have to create a return...they don't accept exchanges....AND they're only refunding me the $15 for the shirt! They're keeping the $10 to ship it to me, asking me to cover the cost of the return, AND will make me pay ANOTHER $10 to ship me the correct size! Incredibly frustrating given the fact that 1. It took them 10 DAYS to get the shirt to me and 2. they're making a profit off of the shipping (this is what I do for a living...they could ship it faster for half the price...)
I wouldn't buy ANY shirt from Hoonigan unless you're okay with wearing a quality t-shirt that clearly doesn't fit you.
Urgent non-automated response needed ASAP
I ordered a street clutch for my vehicle on October 1st,2020 order#275288 from hoonigan Industries, which claimed 2-4 days for shipping. It's been 37 days now, with tracking still saying processing, item has not been shipped. I made countless emails and online contacting requesting the problem, what is going on, if item is out of stock(even though website claimed it was available and also the money was pulled from my debit card )after several amounts of attempting to get a human response , as everything is fully automated, so you don't ever get on to a human, all it says is check item by order # 275288!!!! Making me fed up, worried, inconvenienced etc. I then filed an official complaint using the BBB online complaint department and made a case which were fruitless in response as well, taking almost a month according to them to get a response from hoonigan Industries. Now I am posting this review and still have not got anywhere progressively or beneficial. What other online help can I get in order to contact hoonigan Industries and have my situation rectified? Please help!!
