I got an email from these guys today
I got an email from these guys today. Total scam. Scam, not a real honor society. Predatory email scheme to swindle students from their money. You pay a fee and get a certificate from honor society dot org. It's not more valuable than if you make one yourself. It has nothing to do with your GPA, academic standing, University, or anything else. Look at all the reviews on here with only 1 review history.

This is not a real honor society
This is not a real honor society. There are no GPA requirements, no selectivity, they just send an email to every student they can get an email address for while pretending it's an exclusive club.

What made my experience great was that I was impressed by how open and welcoming I was as a student. The person I spoke to over the internet/email tone sounds very diverse. Clear communication because I was dumbfounded/did not have a clue.
